駅チカアクセスのため電車ユーザーには便利。他方、車ユーザーは敷地内駐車場が狭く、遠くの駐車場まで歩かされる。マイナスポイント。
■清潔度
ホテルの古さは感じるが、許容できる範囲か。
■サービス
一般的で事務的な対応。自動車免許取得のための合宿者の長期滞在が多く、一定の収益があるのか、現状維持という仕事ぶり。
■設備
浴場は2名が入れる程度の広さしかなく、ホテルとしても、近隣のサウナ付き温泉施設を案内している。エレベーターが1台しかな利便性が悪い。

焼津駅前の便利な場所でした。車で行ったので駐車スペースもあり、ウェルカムドリンクや充実したアメニティもフロント付近に置いてありました。夕食は外で食べる予定でしたので、スタッフの方からオススメの美味しいお店を教えていただきました。朝食もバイキングで美味しかったです。夫婦で泊まったのに料金がとっても安価でしたのでお部屋が狭かったです。13㎡でシングル向けの広さでしたので狭さを感じましたが、とてもお値打ちに泊まれました。また来ようと思います。
