Everything was good clean room and service but the AC/HEATER unit by window was very noisy. Once set on 72 it wouldn't make no noise but once you turn on higher temp on 73 or 74F the heater would start making a loud noise and then it would stop and once it ended the cycle of getting to temperature it would make the noise. Couldn't sleep great all of our family my 1 year and 3 year old and husband didn't have the best sleep. We would set the temp higher since it would get really cold. Told front desk but they said they couldn't help us with refund or something because we booked through *******. So who covers an issue like that then?

Only downside was thermostat on wall didn't adjust, or regulate the temperature.
The heat register by the window did, we figured this out too late. The heat register was very noisy oddly, even when not heating.

Too much noise and not able to sleep whole night , I was staying # 232 , kids keep running till night 1:30am on Feb 19 . We have not slept whole night with one infant
