Yine hayal kırıklığı. Birkaç yıl önce aynı tesisisin otel kısmında kalmıstık,hiç memnun kalmamıstık.Odalar eski,yemekler yetersiz ve lezzetsiz,buzlu bir dondurma dısında cocuklar dondurma bile yiyememişti. Bu yıl devremülk kısmında konaklamak istedik;11 civarı tesise giriş yaptık,3 saattir bekliyoruz odamıza giriş için.Ne zaman odaya gireceğimiz de hıc belli değil.Bizimle bekleyen 1 aile vardı,onlar da uzun saatlerden sonra valizlerini alıp odalarına sanırım yerleşti. 3 saattir eşim ve 2 cocugumla bekliyoruz,bir bardak su bile ikram edilmedi,beklemeniz gerektıgı dısında baska bir çözüm önerileri yok. Merak ettiğim şey;3 saatir nasıl bir temizlik yapılıyor? bu temizlik değil önemsenmemek! daha ne kadar bekleyeceğimiz de kesin değil. Üzücü

Eine Ferienanlage zum Entspannen mit sehr viel schönen Ecken nach jedem Geschmack. Das Service-Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir empfehlen das Hotel uneingeschränkt jedem, der einen entspannten Urlaub in der tollen Umgebung sucht.

We had a great vacation at Hapimag Sea Garden. The weather was magical and the beach was out of a dream. The chalet and resort location were superb. We discovered some hidden gems around the hotel that made our trip extraordinary. The reception reps Fatih and Omer were super friendly and helpful. Also, our kid also had an extra special time especially with animator Esra who took care of him and his needs. He found the kids activities very enjoyable and it was good to engage with people his age. Many thanks Hapimag. We will be back again.

Eine Oase der Ruhe an einem Traumstrand mit tollen Zimmern und eine unendliche Auswahl an guten Essen. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Menschen die einem täglich das Leben verschönern. Das Nachbarhotel kann auch benutzt werden, aber genau das ist der einzige Negativ Punkt. Zur 30 Jahrfeier im Nachbarhotel waren für die dortigen Gäste alles kostenfrei und wir haben saftige Preise zahlen müssen. Zwei Cocktails 45€ ohne Worte

I’m really surprised with the lack of problem handling of the staff. Although we were very happy with restaurants, beach and sea, the room service was very disappointing as we were biten by insects 2 nights in a row and they didn’t take us seriously until we threatened to put everything on social media and send to HQ. Staff doesn’t know how to handle critical situations and blame each other for the delay of pest control spraying.

Her şey olması gerektiği gibi ve olması gerektiği kadar. Sakin ve huzurlu bir tatil geçirdik. Yemek kalitesi iyi, yabancı alkoller ve diğer içecekler ise çok iyi. Odalar serin, balkonlu, ferah, bahçe manzarası ise çok güzel. Mini club görevlileri Sadiye ve Yağmur, özel teşekkür hak ediyor. İçeride sürekli shuttle servisi var ve personeli güler yüzlü. Tüm hizmetlerden memnun kaldık
