Not close train station and the room is dirty

It's in Nanokamachi, so it's easy to go for drinks at night and go home.
It's a little far from Yamagata Station, but I can get there by car, so it's not a problem.
Considering it's a very old hotel, I think it's kept pretty clean.
The breakfast is just the bare minimum and not luxurious, but the price is reasonable so I'm generally satisfied.
I'll use it again.
