It was our first time to stay in a hot spring hotel and it gave us a very good experience. We went to 5 hot springs. The visual scenery of each hot spring was super good. The room was spacious and clean. The only disappointment was that the food needed to be improved.

A pet-friendly hotel located in a high location slightly away from the main area of Zao Onsen. The view from the hotel is great, and the hotel grounds include Heidi's swing, hammock, footbath, and dog run. The guest rooms are divided into those for dockers and those for general guests, and the restaurant is the same. There are 7 open-air baths, including paid ones. The public baths are not very large, but there is one for men and women. The hot spring was a bit cloudy and was 100% pure water without adding water, making it very pleasant. After taking a bath, we were given local milk. It was delicious milk. I would like to visit the hot springs again, but it's a little too far away. At dinner, you can enjoy a free drink for 1,500 yen. There are many places that require a whole group to use, but I was surprised that it was OK even if you were alone! did. Pet fee is 1500 yen. I was satisfied with most of the items I needed.
