A family traveled to Yan'an. It was late when we checked in. The hotel upgraded our room for free. My family was hungry. We wanted to order food to be delivered to the hotel. However, it would take about 50 minutes for the food to be delivered. The hotel front desk told us that the hotel would provide porridge later. If the hotel guests needed it, they could come and taste it. It just filled our stomachs. Thank you.

I personally feel that Xinmeihao Hotel is OK. Although there are some minor episodes in the check-in arrangement, the coordination and communication services are still good. The lobby actively opens the door for guests. The lobby has special services such as selected afternoon tea and warm porridge in the evening. Yan'an is located in the loess plateau, the weather is dry and cold, and the air conditioning effect in some rooms is not good. The hotel promptly provided a heater. The response speed for handling problems is very fast. The hotel is still very convenient to Yan'an Station. I hope the hotel can check the room air conditioning equipment in the off-season. As long as the hardware facilities are good and the staff service is good, it will be really good. Considering all factors, I still give full marks and give a motivation.

Xinmeihao Hotel has a good environment, clean and tidy. The accommodation conditions are very good. It feels like the best accommodation for this trip! Especially the front desk staff, they are very enthusiastic and have a very good reception attitude! Next time I come to Yan'an, I will stay in your hotel again!
