My parents went to the hotel front desk lady to tell them that the room type they booked was windowless. My parents said that the front desk saw that they were older and upgraded them to a room with windows for free, and told them that they slept well when traveling. I was really touched. Second: Helped us make a travel guide (food, specialties, attractions) and told us to go to this attraction first and then that attraction. It said that Yan'an has many one-way streets. If you follow this guide to travel, you won’t waste time on the road. We also went to Erdao Street and ate delicious food. The hotel is about half an hour away from the food street. It only took 10 minutes to get to Pagoda Mountain. I bought Yan'an millet and Yan'an jujube. Third, when we checked in, the girl at the front desk helped us deliver our luggage to the room. When we checked out, the room attendant delivered our luggage to the door. 👍 The TV and air conditioner in the room could not be adjusted. The room attendant came to help us adjust it. The boss is very attentive in running the business. There are free hot and cold drinks. Coffee, milk tea, juice, and 6 kinds of flower tea can be drunk for free. Yan'an dog head jujube can also be eaten for free, and there is no charge for using tea sets. There is also a large exhibition hall, which is full of things from the 1970s and 1980s. The boss is attentive.

Wanda and Erdao Street are across the bridge. It is very convenient for traveling and eating. It is recommended not to drive when going to Erdao Street, but to walk there. First, it is difficult to park, and second, it is easy to get stuck in traffic. Third, the bed in the hotel is very comfortable, the kind that you want to buy one yourself. I have to praise the hotel. There are 4 bottles of water in the room and 2 bottles in the refrigerator. It is very friendly and convenient for business travelers. Fourth, the service is good. Disadvantages: 1. Don't choose the executive room facing the street. It's like standing on the edge of the road all night, listening to the sound of the endless stream of vehicles, and occasionally a horn, which is more exciting. The price is so expensive, and the cost performance is far from good. 2. The hotel breakfast is warmly presented, but I have to say that there is no highlight. The freshly cooked noodles are very unpalatable. It's unpalatable and a whole bowl is served. Don't you think it's a waste? Enjoyed a very pleasant 4 day trip to visit the historical and revolutionary sites of Yan’an and the trip was made much better thanks to a very comfortable and convenient stay at the Wanda Realm. For anybody who plans to visit the city I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is located just to the south of the old city of Yan’an in the newly built Wanda City area. It is a 15-20 minute taxi ride to the old center (depending on traffic) and it’s relatively easy to call a taxi with a ride hailing app like Didi. It’s also within walking distance of the Red Street 红街 tourism area that has a theatre, cinema, activities, coffee shops and restaurants. The hotel is new and all of the main public areas are clean and well maintained - such as the lobby, hotel rooms, restaurant and gym/pool. The gym contains my favorite Life Fitness gym equipment (a quality brand) and the multi-lane, 25m meter pool is a dream for anyone who likes to swim. It even offers a good view. The hotel breakfast is very good value for money and offers a high quality selection of Western-style food (bread, eggs, bacon, sausages and cereals) as well as very tasty local Chinese food - especially local Yan’an/Shanxi noodles and dumplings. For any foreigners like me, you’ll get a good sense of local taste with good ingredients. The room was very clean and spacious with nice balcony and great view of the lake and Red Street. Service staff was excellent and many staff speak good English. We even received a nice hand written message and welcome fruits. Especially if you travel with children, this is where you should stay in Yan’an. Thank you for making my holiday more enjoyable.

非常棒的度假休閑酒店，設施齊全，酒店位置極佳，沿河風景很美，離紅街也非常近，而且有免費接駁車可以接送酒店到紅街，非常有特色，那時提前打酒店電話諮詢，前台小姐姐回答我的疑問並加我微信，給我發了延安市景區介紹，真的很貼心，入住一進大堂真的有驚喜到，裝修風格都帶有陝北特色，大堂的小紅軍栩栩如生，房間乾淨衞生，床很軟，躺在上面很舒服，浴袍也很軟，穿在身上一點也不硬，衞生間淋浴是分開的，洗澡上廁所互不影響，節省了一點時間很好。 冬天旁邊的湖上面可以溜冰，晚上房間還能看到紅街夜景，很nice。
