Yan'an Hotel hardware is very good, the corridor is wide, the room is large, the twin beds are 1.5 meters, with the children is to go to this big bed, breakfast is OK. But the management of the hotel is too bad. The carpets in the corridors and rooms are all piece by piece. The maps seem to have not been cleaned. At 11 o'clock in the evening, the room did not change the sheets. The sheets under the quilt touched a small particle on the bed. I don't know what. There was no toilet paper washed away in the bathroom. The night shift waiter service was very good. I cleaned the sheets overnight and changed the sheets. The next day I went to the front desk to reflect that the front desk didn't seem to be concerned. The five diamonds showed felt like the guest house in the past.

Revisit. In 2019, I visited Yan'an City but did not stay. This time I rented a car and stayed at the hotel. The hotel is in a good location, just on the side of Zaoyuan Avenue. Hotel conditions and facilities are complete, there is free parking, elevator, mineral water and cloth slippers and tea, and the razor is really good, more than at least half of the similar hotels, clean and tidy, the price also includes breakfast, breakfast variety. However, charging customers 200 yuan deposit is really unnecessary, and the feeling of giving customers is not very good.

The surrounding environment of the house is good, there are many delicious foods and low noise. During the May Day trip, for convenience, close to Erdao Street and Pagoda Mountain, to avoid driving in traffic jams, I chose Jinze International Hotel, which turned out to be the highlight of this trip:

CCat I had a wonderful stay, Lian Jie was very generous and hospitable. She showed me how caves were created and made me a three course dinner! There was great hot water shower and heating panel which kept me feeling toasty even as the temperature plummeted in the night. Definitely recommend this place when you go to the Yucha canyon - it’s 3km away and a fantastic way to help the local economy while enjoying local hospitality.

JJohnSuper lovely place to stay. Quaint, welcoming, location is a top a mountain just above the Yellow River with beautiful views of the hills. Rooms are clean, the food is amazing local cuisine. If there was anything negative…the beds have no mattress. Literally a bed frame made of wood with a 2-3 cm comforter. Yes, I prefer hard form beds, however the beds in this hotel are hard as rock, impossible to sleep on your side. Woke up with an aching back, here’s hoping the owners of the hotel do what’s needed and provide actual mattresses, a basic type will do.

First, after placing the order, they asked if there were children or elderly people, and whether they needed a quieter room. The care was great.
Second, the hotel is in a good location. The old Jiefang Theater and Qingliang Mountain are right outside the door. Across the road is the bridge. You can see Pagoda Mountain on the bridge. Wanda and Erdao Street are across the bridge. It is very convenient for traveling and eating. It is recommended not to drive when going to Erdao Street, but to walk there. First, it is difficult to park, and second, it is easy to get stuck in traffic.
Third, the bed in the hotel is very comfortable, the kind that you want to buy one yourself. I have to praise the hotel. There are 4 bottles of water in the room and 2 bottles in the refrigerator. It is very friendly and convenient for business travelers.
Fourth, the service is good. The uncle at the door is very enthusiastic. He helps with luggage and opens the door. He looks very good when he smiles. The front desk is also very enthusiastic. The lobby is not big, but it is quite design-oriented. The big sister I met in the corridor was smiling, and it was good overall.

WWandering EnglishmanEnjoyed a very pleasant 4 day trip to visit the historical and revolutionary sites of Yan’an and the trip was made much better thanks to a very comfortable and convenient stay at the Wanda Realm. For anybody who plans to visit the city I highly recommend this hotel.
The hotel is located just to the south of the old city of Yan’an in the newly built Wanda City area. It is a 15-20 minute taxi ride to the old center (depending on traffic) and it’s relatively easy to call a taxi with a ride hailing app like Didi. It’s also within walking distance of the Red Street 红街 tourism area that has a theatre, cinema, activities, coffee shops and restaurants.
The hotel is new and all of the main public areas are clean and well maintained - such as the lobby, hotel rooms, restaurant and gym/pool. The gym contains my favorite Life Fitness gym equipment (a quality brand) and the multi-lane, 25m meter pool is a dream for anyone who likes to swim. It even offers a good view.
The hotel breakfast is very good value for money and offers a high quality selection of Western-style food (bread, eggs, bacon, sausages and cereals) as well as very tasty local Chinese food - especially local Yan’an/Shanxi noodles and dumplings. For any foreigners like me, you’ll get a good sense of local taste with good ingredients.
The room was very clean and spacious with nice balcony and great view of the lake and Red Street. Service staff was excellent and many staff speak good English. We even received a nice hand written message and welcome fruits.
Especially if you travel with children, this is where you should stay in Yan’an. Thank you for making my holiday more enjoyable.

It is probably because of the off-season, there are not many individual tourists, and the entire VIP building is almost exclusive. The staff has a good service attitude and is responsive. The breakfast is diverse, with many Shaanxi specialties and snacks. The restaurant manager and room service staff are very enthusiastic. In addition, there are many peacocks in the yard, which can be approached and watched up close. Although occasionally the sound of external cars passing by the street, the internal accommodation is still relatively quiet. The bath water on the first day was not too hot, and the water temperature on the second day was OK. The most important thing is very close to Yan'an Railway Station. It takes 7 or 8 minutes to walk. The environment in the lobby is very comfortable. The beauty at the front desk also kindly helped us check in and gave us local emerald pears. We went into the room to put down our luggage and slept on the bed. The mattress is very comfortable. It is very soft and hard. Moderate, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, very convenient. It's really convenient to go downstairs for a meal after a break. There are delicious food nearby and it's also close to the hotel.
