During the May Day trip, for convenience, close to Erdao Street and Pagoda Mountain, to avoid driving in traffic jams, I chose Jinze International Hotel, which turned out to be the highlight of this trip: 1. Enjoyed a very pleasant 4 day trip to visit the historical and revolutionary sites of Yan’an and the trip was made much better thanks to a very comfortable and convenient stay at the Wanda Realm. For anybody who plans to visit the city I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is located just to the south of the old city of Yan’an in the newly built Wanda City area. It is a 15-20 minute taxi ride to the old center (depending on traffic) and it’s relatively easy to call a taxi with a ride hailing app like Didi. It’s also within walking distance of the Red Street 红街 tourism area that has a theatre, cinema, activities, coffee shops and restaurants. The hotel is new and all of the main public areas are clean and well maintained - such as the lobby, hotel rooms, restaurant and gym/pool. The gym contains my favorite Life Fitness gym equipment (a quality brand) and the multi-lane, 25m meter pool is a dream for anyone who likes to swim. It even offers a good view. The hotel breakfast is very good value for money and offers a high quality selection of Western-style food (bread, eggs, bacon, sausages and cereals) as well as very tasty local Chinese food - especially local Yan’an/Shanxi noodles and dumplings. For any foreigners like me, you’ll get a good sense of local taste with good ingredients. The room was very clean and spacious with nice balcony and great view of the lake and Red Street. Service staff was excellent and many staff speak good English. We even received a nice hand written message and welcome fruits. Especially if you travel with children, this is where you should stay in Yan’an. Thank you for making my holiday more enjoyable.

The hotel is located in an ancient village not far from Yan'an City. The hotel is built on the mountain. The range is very wide and the independent courtyard style is after check-in. We took the hotel's sightseeing car and saw many styles along the red runway. The scenery is beautiful. The warmly furnished small courtyard is also more looking forward to the small courtyard we live in. Everything is uneasy and the door is opened, just like entering a warm small world. The room is filled with a faint teak fragrance, which makes people relax instantly. The big bed is soft, like being surrounded by clouds. I don’t want to get up when I lie down. I heard from the hotel staff that the hotel mattress is made of latex, which is very ergonomic. Every time I turn over, I can feel the gentle package. It's so enjoyable! The sound insulation of the hotel is also superb. After closing the doors and windows, the noise outside has nothing to do with me, leaving me and this quiet small space. In this environment, I have a good rest. It is the most comfortable and relaxing night of Yan'an's trip! This hotel really left me with super good memories. Every time I think about it, I feel that I should bring my family and friends to contract a small courtyard next year to live for a while.

However, because the hotel is too close to the train track, the noise from the high-speed train passing the station is still quite loud. The front desk service is very good and very welcoming. Check out was quick enough. However, there is no disposable toilet cover, so it is recommended to improve it. I didn't eat breakfast, so I can't comment. Overall, it's worth recommending.

From the hotel, you can see the mountain view and the train station. Generally, you can pick up the door for a day trip. Overall it is satisfactory.

The hotel itself has a good environment and the building has a local style. It is probably because of the off-season, there are not many individual tourists, and the entire VIP building is almost exclusive. The staff has a good service attitude and is responsive. The breakfast is diverse, with many Shaanxi specialties and snacks. The restaurant manager and room service staff are very enthusiastic. In addition, there are many peacocks in the yard, which can be approached and watched up close. The night view of the hotel has a good lighting effect, but it is a pity that the drone cannot be flown and the beautiful scenery cannot be shared.
