This is my second time staying at the Yancheng Marriott Hotel. The check-in was very efficient and I was arranged in a south-facing room on the 43rd floor. The experience was as comfortable as always. I will continue to choose to stay at the Marriott next time.

It’s worth every Penny, although the lighting in the room is dark but I guess because not all the lights were working properly.

The location of the hotel is in the city center, very close to the landmark Bronze Horse, less than 500 meters away from the Golden Eagle Plaza in the business district, and it takes a few minutes to walk. It is very convenient to call a car or take the BRT around! The room is spacious and bright, with floor-to-ceiling windows, blackout curtains, and an air purifier ~ the air conditioner is cool! The mattress is extremely comfortable, high and soft, and the upper layer seems to be covered with bedding, so you can sleep deeply every day! The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, with large water volume, fast hot water output, and stable water temperature~ There is also a movable LED mirror next to the makeup mirror, which is very convenient for cleaning~ The auntie cleans very well, and the service attitude is also kind. The overall service of the hotel is very warm. There are snacks in the afternoon, good night porridge in the evening, and sour plum soup to quench your thirst. We will go to the lobby to drink a few cups of sour plum soup when we come back from our play. The day before we left, it was relatively cold Late train, so the hotel extended the check-out time for us~

The hotel has a rich breakfast. The twin room is very friendly to families with children. The bed is big enough and suitable for parent-child travel. The hotel has ample parking space and free parking for in-house guests. The soundproofing of the room is relatively poor, and the sound of people talking and closing the door can be heard clearly, but the overall effect is not too big. When we checked in, we checked with the front desk to see if breakfast for children under 13 years old was free. The front desk noticed that our child was tall and asked us to pay for the adult breakfast. We explained that Ctrip said that children under 17 years old (inclusive) were free. The front desk seemed a little unaware of this policy, but They will be solved in time later, overall it is good. It's quite novel to have a robot deliver your takeout to your room. It's quite close to Water Street, so you can go shopping at night.

The hotel is located in the Financial City of Yancheng. It is within walking distance of Water Street, European Flower Street, Haiyan Museum, etc. Other attractions are not too far away and can be reached by bus. The surrounding restaurants are OK. Yonghe King, McDonald's, Yancheng Eight Bowls, Small Bowls and Lawson Convenience Store are all good. Its facilities and equipment do not look new but are well maintained, clean and hygienic. Especially the lady in the room has a good work attitude and good service, but I forgot her name, sorry. Worth recommending!

I went back to the hotel and prepared to check out and go out to the ancient city to eat lunch. Then he said that he could freeze 230 yuan and wait until he contacted yesterday's waiter for verification before deducting the payment. If you only paid 200 yuan, the other 30 yuan would be deducted from the colleague's salary. If she said it wrong, she should be punished. Anyway, I have never encountered this kind of situation before, and other hotels don't handle things this way. I didn't want to continue to bother with it, so I paid first. Later, there was no reply from the hotel, and there was no so-called verification. Anyway, the words were unfounded. Although it was only a few dozen yuan, it wouldn't take a few minutes to give someone a phone call to explain clearly, right? Just for this perfunctory attitude and confusing things, it deserves a bad review.
