The facilities are complete, the sanitation is very good, the environment is beautiful, and the location is particularly advantageous. The lady at the front desk also guided us on which places are easier to film, and also provided guides. We specially rented a small e-mule to go to the scenic spots. Due to limited time, we have not visited many places yet. We will update the rest next time. There is also takeout that can be delivered to the door of the room, which is very convenient. 這個復古歐式風格真的好喜歡啊[呲牙][呲牙]沒想到那麼好，180°全海景超級治癒一切[哇][哇]裏面還有投影儀看電視聽音樂🎵好適合遠離塵囂，我住海陵島不想回來了[害羞][害羞]關鍵海邊沒什麼遊客，清凈乾淨[哇][哇]

這個樓盤應該有點年份裏，但是好在地理位置好，房間內看得出有翻新過的痕跡，設施跟衞生總體來説還是很不錯，看得出很用心管理。環境還是真的很美，打開落地窗出到陽台就能看見一望無際的大海，真的美的像一幅畫，這些圖就是在陽台拍的。樓下有很多電動車出租，出行還是挺方便的。目前沒有踩坑，我吃飯是在樓下點團購，還是性價比挺高的，一百多吃飽3個人。

對我而言過得去，所以沒換地方，連住兩晚。 設施：比較舊，不能太大期望。 衞生：可以，沖涼房洗手盤有點堵。 環境：離沙灘近3分鐘， 注意：到門店辦好入住，確認入住P幾區，再搬行李下車，P1到6一個車庫，P7到14一個車庫，公寓客服門面在P6，安排入住在P9。 樓下消費比較貴（就這個保利銀灘景區裏比較貴），想便宜可以去鎮區裏的市場附近（我們去了螺州公園附近，白蒲市場價格都挺好） 哪裡停車都要收費的，做好心理準備。 沙灘水清沙細，有人清潔，比較理想，可以游泳區比較遠。 趕海方面，下樓去的海灘也能挖到圖4這樣，圖5是去瓦曬灣的，人太多…備好換洗衣服，清洗需要在便利店有消費（趕海工具可以租）。

第三次訂十里銀灘保利P區的房子了，主要是位置好，一字樓，正面海灘，在陽台就要看到日出，離沙灘近，到海邊戲水方便，衹是游泳衹能花40塊到專門劃定的區域遊了，還得穿上救生衣（這還叫游泳嗎？）兩間房，主卧面海，可直通陽台，次卧窗外是高爾夫球場和遠處的山景，景觀也還不錯。停車位比較充足，但要收費30元每天，而且衹要進出停車場就要計費，也就是説一天多次進出就應該不是這個數了。對於想住下後想開車到處轉的人來説比較不爽——這點不如附近南海灣，入住時前台收20元的停車費後把車牌錄入系統，這樣入住期間就能隨意進出了，比較人性化。

海景是可以，但是看一會也就這樣，不適合居住。床墊是整面彈簧，翻個身能震醒家人，海邊住開空調都潮濕到睡不着，基本整晚睡不着。晚上12點多還有在外面放煙花跟卡拉ok的，陽台門也不隔音，體驗極差，不會再去。

設施：房內設施老化，想睡個好覺那床🛏️也是無語，翻個身咔嚓咔嚓響，空調滴水可能也是解決不了，第一天有人來解決了但第二天早上起來滴的床上還是濕的 環境：地下車庫入口那臭味道簡直讓人窒息！ 唯一的優點可能就是面朝大海吧！ 還有兩分上升的空間，有待完善

公寓的位置非常好，吃住都很方便，樓下很多餐館，現在都明碼標價了，不用太擔心，吃飯豐儉由人吧。步行去沙灘就幾分鐘，離廣東海上絲綢之路博物館2點多公里，帶小孩的可以去看看。很喜歡在陽台發呆看無敵海景，沙灘的沙子很細，傍晚的時候在沙灘撿了一袋白貝，給樓下的大排檔加工了一下，下次有機會再來吹吹海風，發發呆。
