The staff was very helpful.

Reasonably priced, with a buffet breakfast. There was a lot of bird droppings on the windows, so I tried not to look at them, but the room itself was generally clean. The body soap ran out midway through the day, and they didn't replenish it during the daily housekeeping, but the amenities were fully stocked, so there was nothing in particular to bring. The water pressure was weak. The laundry service was expensive, and when I asked them to wash about 5 days' worth of clothes, they told me it would cost 35,300 kyat (≒ 2,000 yen), so I canceled. Considering the price, I think it's quite good value for money.

Room service is better and breakfast is richer

Considering the price, it is a pass level. However, breakfast is not good enough. There are only yellow or brown menus. No ice. No bathtub. The water pressure in the shower is weak and the bottom is slippery. Staff are attentive. There is no razor, so please prepare it.You can get 2 bottles of water a day. Tell the staff to use the safe and get the key. In the morning you will be awakened by the chirping of birds.

There is no hot water and there is no light in the toilet.

Facilities are worse than expected. You have to be prepared for a war with mosquitoes and there is almost no soundproofing. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is not bad. The location is slightly out of the center of the city, but it is a good location to take the circular train from Kanbe Station.
