Smokers room and unable to sleep in room, called the reception they offered air freshener when I had booked a non-smoking room. Slept in hallway, got eaten by mosquitoes. Also on the 8th floor and no elevator. Not a restful room. Great location though.

It’s a nice hotel for the price. Breakfast was very good, the location is also fine, room was clean with a shared bathroom. A good choice for the price quality ratio.

The staff helped with everything, bought a ticket for the NgweSaung bus, helped call a taxi. We didn't see breakfast because we left. Convenient location.

In the middle of the residential area, there is a chain convenience store diagonally opposite. You can buy common items. You can walk to a large shopping center in ten minutes, and you can walk to the lively 19th Street in fifteen minutes.
