房間乾淨衞生，從窗户都可以看得到灕江邊的風景，從民宿大門出來走不到100米就是灕江了，走路不到10′分鐘就是觀蓮竹笩碼頭，從觀蓮竹筏碼頭走5分鐘就西街了，去各個景點也很近，民宿也有電動車租，出行非常方便，老闆娘服務也非常好，下次帶家人出遊還來住這家民宿。

民宿的房間結構屬於家庭套房類型，一間雙床標間，一間大床房，帶客廳雙衞，十分寬敞，特別適一家多人居住，或者三人以上的朋友以及想多日休閑居住。我們是夫妻兩人，要了一個標間，寬寬敞敞，很是舒適。民宿還有電梯，住六、七樓東西多也不費力。民宿前有很寬敞的停車場，方便安全。老闆性情中人，為人不錯，衹要你不充大爺，有什麼合理需要都能儘量滿足；老闆娘能乾熱情，非常負責任。另外還有一點很重要，該民宿就在陽朔大橋旁邊，走路幾分鐘就到陽朔大橋，此地早上是拍卓筆峯、書童山日出的最佳位置；傍晚是拍**峯晚霞最佳位置，對我們喜歡攝影的人非常合適。

位置特別偏僻，每次出去玩都要走一大段路，網約車司機都根本不願意開到民宿去和從民宿接人，晚上回去的時候那一段路根本就沒有燈，黑乎乎的，還有狗。建議不是自駕遊的友友千萬要慎重考慮，離大部分景點都好遠，走到西街至少要半個多小時，假期根本打不到車，酒店附近又沒有電動車組，衹有哈嘍租車，貴死了，4個小時就要70多塊，一點都不划算。而且當天兩點到，説還不能入住，要至少一個半小時後，然後我們在大廳等到三點多，搞衞生的人都還沒來，在哪白等了一個半小時，根本就進不去房間。房間裏沒有吹風機，衹有外面有，然後房間一點都不隔音，衹要旁邊都房間有人入住，晚上就吵**。服務態度，衹看到一個長者，退房的時候12點，問一下可不可以放一下行李在大廳，不可以你可以直接説吧，還要找一大堆漏洞百出的理由，埋怨我們這些客人給他增加工作量，敗壞一天的好心情。

在一個村裡，進去的路黑黑的，沒有路燈。網絡很差，信號也不好。照片宣傳可以看到山景，但是房間裏能看到的衹是村子的房子。雖然説十一黃金週，價格要調高，但是這個位置和環境，虛高太多了，而且房間居然沒有兩瓶水，整體來説不是特別好。
