Response from Property: The furniture, bed, mattress, kettle, floor, ceiling, downlight, light *****, and decoration in the room were all bought in 2024. If you want a separate room, you can book two rooms. If you book a suite, you should know that the rooms must be connected. How can it be called a suite on the platform if they are not connected? The curtains are not long enough. It was our mistake. We measured the wrong size. As for the mattress, we can only say that each has its own merits. Everyone has different habits. We also have harder mattresses. The room was damaged. We only blamed ourselves for not understanding the habits of our guests, which led to a series of bad reviews.
