This is a great value hotel. Do not let the price put you off as the rooms were clean and cool and the facilities were much better than I expected.

Very bad service. Front desk was never staffed, we had to wait and search for someone for checking in/ every time we needed something. We booked a room with breakfast, which also was a huge fail. Breakfast is served in a separate little restaurant in the street, however this place was randomly closed when we were there. The only available staff to talk to was a cleaning lady who came after we waited for 30 minutes. She unsuccessfully tried to contact someone in charge and then just walked away, leaving us without a solution. The boss apparently was nowhere to be found and did not reply to her messages. After more than one hour, we went to a restaurant ourselves and of course also paid for the breakfast. When asked, they did not refund us this money. This is really sad, as the room was otherwise fairly nice.

Conveniently located near the busy West Street, owner's friendly and helpful. I rented an electric moped from him at 30¥ daily to explore the city, and also purchased a ticket to the popular show at 1/2 the counter price. Room is spacious modern chic, with simple yet elegant finishing. Highly recommended.

The room was nice, dry and not humid. Close to West Street and very cost-effective. The two young guys at the front desk provided very good service and were patient enough to help carry the luggage to the room. I even got a few extra bottles of free mineral water to drink.

It takes 5 minutes to go downstairs to enter West Street... 10 minutes to reach the Lijiang River and enjoy the scenery of the river and mountains. The hygiene is not very good. There is a paper towel in the toilet shower. The lady boss said that the previous one put a paper towel there because the shower was leaking. Can't it be replaced in time if it breaks? You have to put a paper towel there to block people, and the toilet is very dirty with scale and yellow stains. It is not recommended to come here
