Beautiful huge hotel located in the center of places of interest. Very clean. It's still being built but it was quiet the whole time we were there. pristine grounds. can enjoy a walk around the nature the hotel. It's a little far from everything but the hot air balloon is 20 minutes walk. It's on the way the casts so kinda convenient. I would definitely stay there but self drive would be useful.

I didn't consider this Ramada at all when I saw the rating was 4.4. Until I checked into a B&B in Yangshuo, I was tricked into doubting my life. I immediately canceled my stay and decided to choose Ramada. Facts have proved that chain hotels are really better than B&Bs without reference standards. Location: Three kilometers away from Yangshuo Town, the surrounding area is deserted. People who are looking for convenience for eating, drinking and having fun should choose carefully. Those who drive themselves or are willing to take a taxi should have no problem. Environment: Garden environment, but some of the buildings inside are unfinished buildings (hotel rooms that have not been renovated), and some locations look deserted, so please choose carefully if you mind. Breakfast: It is true that there are very few places. There is not enough space during the summer peak period. Even if a private room is opened as a temporary venue, it is not enough. It would be better to miss the dining experience during peak hours. The Chinese food in the hotel tastes okay. Swimming pool: The water is very clean and the swimming experience is good. Laundry room: I am very dissatisfied with this. There is no dryer and only two pulsator washing machines. I brought two large bags of clothes to wash the next morning. Without a dryer, I couldn't dry them before checking out, so I gave up. The overall experience is very good, after all, the price/performance ratio is very high

The service in the guest rooms and dining room is warm, the front desk receptionist has a cold poker face from beginning to end, speaks little, no greetings, there are not many parking spaces and it is awkward, you can only park on the roadside in front of the door.

It was off-season. There were only four guests in the whole hotel and four rooms. Breakfast was basically not open. There were very few food options, just two simple meals, Chinese and Western food, and a few breads. In fact, there was nothing to eat. When we checked in, the room was different from the picture, but it was resolved later. Overall, it was okay. The attitude of Ctrip was really bad! I felt that Ctrip was taking advantage of its customers. I am an old customer of Ctrip. No matter where I booked a hotel, it was lower than Ctrip. And I am a gold diamond VIP. It is really hard to accept! ! !
