Best Pet Friendly Hotels in Yangshuo

A wonderful hotel on the riverbank, near West street, but on a quiet street. New clean rooms. We have been upgraded rooms, for which thank you very much. Delicious breakfasts even for europeans. A good restaurant where you can have lunch and dinner. Reasonable prices for everything. Several English-speaking employees. Dear Qin helped and told us about everything that can be seen in Yangshuo and the surrounding area. Thanks a lot to Qin, Joker, John and all the other staff who made our stay at the hotel and in Yangshuo unforgettable!

I cannot recommend this experience enough!! I was blown away by both the hotel and the team (special thank you to Sarah, Bryan, and Zakaria!) This was truly personalised service. The team went above and beyond to make our experience a memorable and special one. From our private tour of the grounds, to booking us activities, to the smallest of thoughtful and considerate actions like remembering my Mum’s favourite drink and ensuring she didn’t have to ask for it. The room was stunning. The food was great. The experiences were lovely. The gym is fully equipped and with a visit. The bar is beautiful and the music is excellently curated throughout the day. The scenery, the art and the architecture make this place an unforgettable experience. Zakaria was truly a gentleman and was very considerate and attentive. The spa is spectacular and was such an unexpected treat (and 40% off during the day!). Thank you Sugar House team!

I've stayed here before and have had a wonderful time and the services were great and the place was clean. But that was over a year ago and they weren't as busy then. This time around, service was slow, the cleanliness of the place had diminished, and the tourist guide of the hotel could have been more helpful. The stay was just ok.

Nice hotel, room is clean and bright, the hotel is pretty close to the location where you can take a boat trip along the Li River. The staff is friendly and kinda helpful. But there are some issues that better to know before you go to this hotel. Firstly, the hotel located in the village and the cars cannot freely enter there, we took a didi taxi from Yangshuo city and when we were 3 km away the hotel, the taxi driver started to argue with us that it's not allowed for taxi to go there, and luckily we insisted to enter and we showed our voucher to the police guard so they let us enter by taxi. If we believe to the taxi driver we could end of walking to the hotel with a big luggage 3km. And better if the hotel can warn of this in advance. Secondly, we already knew that the rooftop swimming pool is not for swimming, only for taking photos, so we were hoping to take some good photos but when we SAW that swimming pool, we were really disappointed. The pool that you see in the hotel profile is only photoshop!!! The reality is totally different!!! Seems that they didn't clean the pool for a long time, you can see the photos below. They also wrote in the comments that you can swim in their pool that is on the first floor, but actually you CANNOT because the water is only under your knee in that pool. So it's also not what you are expected. The last thing is we did mention that it's our honeymoon while booking the trip and the hotel didn't pay attention to this. We left very early in the morning and didn't have time for breakfast, the hotel told us before that they can give to us some snacks and they did not. Anyway they provided a free transfer to the train station which is very convenient.

Because I checked in early, the room I booked had not been cleaned yet, so I was upgraded to a new room type. It was great! The front desk service at the B&B was very warm and thoughtful! Their breakfast and supper were delicious, and the Guilin rice noodles were better than those in many other restaurants! There were electric cars for rent at the door of the B&B, which was very convenient. It was really comfortable to take a bath after playing tired!

Zen Garden was our most remote hotel during our China tour. The location is undeniably beautiful, offering stunning views of the hills and mountains. However, despite receiving an upgrade after the first night, we found the price-quality ratio unsatisfactory. We paid the same amount for our stay in a five-star hotel the following day in Nanjing, which provided a significantly better room and breakfast. Since its opening in 2017, the hotel appears to have undergone little to no maintenance. There is noticeable wear and tear on the building, and the toilet emitted a strong sewage odor, which was quite unpleasant. Communication was a challenge as Cindy was the only staff member who spoke English properly. When she wasn't available, it was difficult to communicate in person. Fortunately, the WeChat communication was an excellent alternative and made things easier. On a positive note, the afternoon tea and dinner were quite good, offering healthy and fresh options. Breakfast was very limited and none Western options except an egg and white toast with butter. The complimentary zen shoot was a nice touch, although it was apparent that it was the photographer's first time conducting such a shoot. We were particularly disappointed with the spa. The treatments were much different than expected, lacking the luxury and expertise typically associated with such high prices. Additionally, the cost for two people was almost the same as the room rate, which we found unreasonable. Overall, while Zen Garden's location and some amenities were enjoyable, the lack of maintenance, high prices, and communication difficulties detracted from our experience. With all the new buildings in the same area, there are better options.

This place comes highly recommended. The hotel is situated on a quiet street one block north of West Street, quickly accessible to the Li River piers. The hotel owner and staff (and the pet dog) are very welcoming, giving valuable advice to be able to take full advantage of the sights in and around Yangshuo. They connected me to a cheap scooter rental place and even helped arrange transportation back to Guilin. Even though it is a hotel, it felt like a homestay experience. Rooms are very clean, newly renovated, warm showers, and a working AC/heater. They even offer to carry your luggage up the stairs, as this building doesn't have an elevator. I am definitely staying here again when I return. Thank you!

There were three young ladies working at different shifts when I was staying at the Spring Flowers Blossoming Inn in Yangshuo. They were all very helpful, friendly and hospitable.. They provided me with information on how to get to Guilin and arranged transport directly to the hotel I had booked to stay in Guilin. With hindsight it is a blessing as it has been raining all day in Yangshuo and in Guilin. Above all it was close to the West Street, the river and eateries. Thank you to all at the the Spring Flowers Blossoming Inn.

This B&B is the style I like! The point is that this B&B did not raise the price too much during the summer vacation. As soon as I entered the lobby, I felt that the environment was particularly warm and comfortable, and there were two cute cats! The landlord was also very nice and enthusiastic. The decoration style of the room was simple and exquisite, and it was very clean. The bed was also very comfortable! Finally, the landlord did not charge us for overtime when we checked out late. Yangshuo is beautiful! I will stay here again next time!

The hotel is very clean. The entrance is a bit small, but there are uncles and aunts at the door to greet people, help with luggage, and guide parking (there are free parking spaces, just a 2-minute walk from the hotel). The price is very affordable, the room is large, in addition to the double bed + 2 single beds on the details page, there is also a folding sofa bed. It is very convenient for a family to live together. The only disadvantage is that the toilet is a bit narrow, the air conditioner is right between the two bedrooms, and the air conditioner is a bit noisy (but this suite has two bathrooms, and multiple people in one room will not fight for the toilet. If the weather is suitable and the air conditioner is not turned on, the noise problem is basically gone). The hotel service is also very good. If you have any questions, ask the housekeeper sister and she will reply in time. The uncles and aunts at the front desk are also very enthusiastic. I don’t remember taking pictures of the room (the actual situation is basically the same as the photos on the details page), but the environment is really good, very clean and comfortable. This price is really very cost-effective, praise 👍
