訂的豪華雙床房，因為廁所窗紗是壞的，而且有蜘蛛網，打電話去前台換房，告訴我，沒有房間了，讓我換到舒適雙床房，我問退差價不，前台小姐姐説肯定不退，這還是第一次遇到把客户房間往低調的，而且不退錢的😓😓後來經過溝通，換了一個男的給我們升級了一個觀影雙床房，不知道是不是新裝修的原因，味道很大，而且其中一個床墊已經塌陷下去了，當時吃了飯回來才發現床墊問題，時間太晚，就將就了一晚

百分百差評！衞生環境差，酒店管理差，客房裡還有之前顧客用剩的面膜包裝，酒店的洗漱台水龍頭是壞的……晚上其他客房吵鬧也不管，房間裏灰塵很多，空調濾網不知道多久沒清潔了
雖然是國慶假期期間，但是560多元的酒店也不能是這個樣子吧

酒店位置極佳，就在遊客中心旁邊，去東線和西線遊玩很方便，周圍有超市餐館，生活便利，酒店內環境也不錯。建議洗臉盆旁能夠提供洗手液或者香皂就更好了。
