The facility is new and clean, but the room size is small.
It seems that the building was built as an officetel one-room and changed its purpose to a hotel. There are cooking facilities, washing machine, TV, and hair dryer in the room, and body wash, shampoo, and hand wash in the bathroom.
(You should bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush.)
The hair dryer blows lukewarm air and does not dry your hair well, so if you need it, please bring it separately.
There is an underground parking lot up to the third basement level, and there is a mechanical parking lot, but the parking lot is ridiculously insufficient compared to the number of rooms, so it is very inconvenient for those who drive.
Aside from that, the access to the beach and restaurants is good.
Most of them are within a ten-minute walk, and it is far from crowded streets, so the area around the hotel is quiet.
I think it would be good to use it with reference to this.

The location is good, the staff is friendly, and most people are satisfied, but it was a bit inconvenient that there were no convenience stores or other stores. If you want to go out and buy something to eat, you have to walk about 10 minutes, which is inconvenient, so you don't go out often.

As the title suggests, it was the best resort in the East Coast area, which was the best resort in the East Coast. The resort is now a bit old, and the water park is small, so it is a bit shabby compared to Soccio Hanhua Condon or Dae Myung Ocean World. The only advantage is that there is a private beach, but the water is relatively cold, and it is only a month or two in summer. As a person who visited almost every year, every season, 5 or 6 years ago, I wonder how we will improve in the future ...

Wow, it was such a fun day that I had no idea how 2 days and 1 night went by. My son, who is serving in the military, will come here again when he goes on vacation in Yangyang.^^~ The swimming pool and sauna hot spring water is slippery~ I feel like my skin is getting better!!! Good!! Why is the breakfast buffet so good? The Jeju Island Lot***t buffet only has a lot of variety~ It was well-organized and the food and taste were really good. Since breakfast is included, the accommodation fee is actually this much and the quality is great!! Night Pocha ~ Wow ~ the food is also great A resort where both kids and adults can enjoy barbecue and beer until late at night~!! It was a choice I didn’t regret. My elementary school daughter is begging to come again. Haha~~^^

The location was a bit off the main street and the exterior was a bit dark, but I went in and liked the room condition. It was nice to have a double queen ace bed, a separate dining room, and a large dressing table in the dressing room. Although there was no air conditioning, it was good for briefly changing clothes and organizing bags. The room with the refrigerator had a large table, so it was good to pack food and eat it. The air conditioner in this room was the coolest. The air conditioner in the bedroom was weak, so it wasn't cold when I slept, so I kept it on and it was okay to sleep. There was a seawater sauna and a convenience store in the front building, so it was convenient to use. The wine and cheese provided were delicious, and the breakfast was also good for an affordable price. I intend to visit again. For a hotel, the rooms were divided into several rooms, so it was spacious and comfortable for a family of four.

It can't be called a hotel.
It would be most accurate to call it a piece-rate investment residence. So, it's impossible for the hotel to have its own identity and color, and it seems like the system was set up to maximize operational cost-effectiveness. The space isn't centered around the users, and it seems like they only thought about picking the most rooms in the same area. (There's no storage for clothes or items, just a wall and two hangers?) Considering the fact that there are only three elevators compared to the number of rooms, and the fact that the underground parking lot is always full, so you have to park outside in a dusty area, it only shows the greed of investors who don't consider the service they will provide to the users.
Excluding guests who stayed in rooms with a good view on floors where it's okay to walk around, would there be any guests who would want to come back here? The elevator isn't something that can be fixed. The original building owner seems really foolish.
I don't plan on using it again.

The hotel's facilities and location were very good.
First of all, it is close to Naksansa Temple and parking is convenient, so I took a look around Naksansa Temple as I was leaving the room.
I woke up early in the morning, so I didn't have to go far without my husband, so I just watched the sunrise from the hotel rooftop.
That was really nice too.
I would like to come again next time if I have the chance.

I have been to Ananti, Shilla, and recently Paraspara often, but my friend has experienced the hassle of taking a shuttle because there is no parking space even after paying about 500,000 won per night for Shilla H. Then, our family, who had valet, was with the wedding guests on the weekend. Just waiting for 20 minutes in the overlapping chaos haha I'm actually jealous of my friend who took the shuttle.
The reason I am posting my experience in this review is that the price-performance ratio was excellent and I was 100 times more satisfied than the five-star Silla or Baekje hotels in big cities. I highly recommend the 7th floor BBQ. It's also a thousand times better choice than the Jjamppong that was in the 50,000 won range at some place. There's nothing cheap and good! In my personal opinion, EL Hotel is the hidden pearl of Yangyang. Compared to the resort hotels in Gangwon-do, which are said to be good anyway, it was the best in terms of reviews considering the cost I paid for it!! May you prosper! The warmth of the ondol room, which feels like a country room that you can't find in a hotel, made me think it was made from a wood fire. I didn't have to worry about the heating bill. I had a great stay for two nights. Thank you to the chef on the 7th floor!

I stayed there for 2 days and 1 night and got Deluxe suite 113. Ours was 2 bedroom with living room, kitchen, tv, and small veranda. There were complimentary drinks, coffee maker and tea available. The room was so spacious. We have extra futons/mats! Our meals were so healthy and delicious (salmon, chicken breast in turmeric, veggies and mushrooms). They also have carbonated hot springs and wellness programs like yoga and meditation. How to get here? If you are coming from Seoul, you can take the bus. From Yangyang Bus station, you can just take the taxi. There are foreign taxis in Yangyang. Drivers are so nice and friendly.

GGuest UserWe had an amazing stay at the Family Studio. Service was great - we faced some delays and arrived much later than the usual check-in time, but the owners waited for us until we arrived and helped us with our luggage. The camping cars are located within walking distance of the beach, which is super convenient. They also provide charcoal and other equipment if you would like to have a bbq at night.
The only downsides are that it may be slightly difficult to find the location of the accommodation (especially if you're travelling there at night) and that the only way to contact the owners on short notice is via their Korean phone number (and communication in Korean), which might be difficult for foreigners.
Otherwise, we had a really good stay!

It's an affordable price, has a good view, a comfortable bed, a good TV, a large refrigerator, lots of storage space, a bidet, a microwave, a coffee pot, a good parking lot, and a good location. There's also a convenience store on the first floor. I couldn't use the rooftop pool and rooftop bar because it was before opening, but I will come again next time. Everything is perfect. The downside is that it is a new building so it has a new smell. It's like sick house syndrome.
It may be difficult for those with sensitive skin. And there was no hair dryer. This is the end of one amenity soap. Still, it was a very satisfying stay.

MMolly EveThe rooms were immaculate, but there weren’t half as many amenities as I’ve experienced in other hotels (even with less stars), like shampoo and conditioner, toothbrushes etc. Also, the desk failed to inform us that the reception was closed throughout the night so we had a bit of trouble getting into our room when we got locked out and couldn’t find any help (I never considered the reception to be closed as it’s an international airport hotel). But anyway we had a good nights sleep and it was very peaceful.

BBennyBenBenIt’s a nice hotel. Close to the beach, but not much variety of food nearby. All restaurants sell the same dishes, so prepare to travel if you don’t want to eat the same food every day. Overall, the room was clean and the staff provided fresh towels and amenities every day, no toilet paper though, so we had to buy our own from 7/11. If you have a car it would be better. The beach nearby is not bad, waves were too crazy for swimming so not the best beach for little ones. We had a pleasant stay and thankful to the staff at the restaurant downstairs for helping us check in. You need a Korean phone number to be able to check in, so keep that in mind. Sunrise was beautiful from the balcony.
