오색그린야드호텔은 우선 지은지가 오래되어서 현대식의 시설과는 조금은 거리가있습니다. 화장실에 비데가 없고 방 컨디션과 샤워시설등도 조금은 노후화되어 있습니다. 하지만 오래된것 말고는 청소상태도 좋고 방 난방도 잘 유지되었으며, 직원들도 친절하였습니다. 온천과 찜질방은 넓고 온천수라 물도좋고 만족감 최상입니다. 주변 경관도 산속에있어 계절마다 다르겠지만 제가간날은 눈이온 다음이라 설산의 아름다움도 볼 수 있었습니다. 조식도 구색에 맞춰있어 다양하게 맛볼 수있어 좋았습니다. 편의점도 있어 간단한 먹거리와 필요물품등도 손쉽게 구할 수있어 편의성도 만족하였습니다. 현대식은 아니지만 잠만자도되고 편하게 온천하실분들에베는 추천드리고 아니면 온천이나 찜질방만 이용하셔도 좋ㅇㄷㄴ 선택이 되실꺼라 생각됩니다.

정말 최고입니다
직원분들의 친절이 무엇보다 인상깊습니다.
폭설로 실외주차장에 세워진 차에 눈까지 같이 치워주시고
세세한 안내까지 너무 세심한 서비스 감사드립니다.
온천탕도 너무 좋았고
객실이 오래되었지만
넓고 쾌적했습니다.

옛날 시간여행하는 기분이었어요! 직원분들도 엄청 친절하셨구요! 호텔 내부는 바닥도 깨끗하고 쇼파도 크고 침대도 있어서 이용하는데 크게 불편함이 없었어요! 특히 탄산온천 이용 포함해서하면 절약도되고 찜질방도 함께 이용가능했어요! 체크아웃하는날 3시까지 이용가능하고 주차도 3시까지는 이용가능해서 세워놓고 주전골 트레킹 다녀와서 체크아웃하기 좋았어요! 온천물이 넘 좋아서 또 가고싶어요. 면역조식 이용했는데 부모님 완전 만족하시고 2박 다 조식신청해서 먹었는데 질리지않고 내부 직원분들도 친절하게 잘 도와주셨습니다! 접시도 힘드실텐데 한국인 스타일로 바로바로 잘 치워주시고 음식도 바로바로 내주셔서 사람이 평일에도 바글바글해도 기다리지않고 이용에 불편함이 하나도 없었어요! 저녁은 비수기라 주변에 먹을것이없어서 씨유 편의점을 이용했는데 사람들 완전 오아시스처럼 들어오세요. 여기서 저녁쇼핑하고 떼우고 배고픈채로 조식먹으면 더 꿀맛! 저는 또 이용하러올것같아요 부모님이 아주 좋아하셨슴당

객실 작은방 청소가 안 돼서 타인의 머리카락이 침대 옆에 수북이 널려있어 불결했음..
2박을 했는데 중간에 타올 교체 외의 서비스는 전혀 안해줌.
비누를 다 썼는데도 보충을 안해주고
발견한 머리카락을 휴지로 한쪽에 몰아놨는데도 치워주지 않음.
