The hotel upgraded us to a balcony king-size bed room when they saw we were traveling with children. From the lobby to Building 4, the butler service of the shuttle bus was very good, and the environment of the resort was amazing. Wide variety for breakfast. Location is walking distance to DongGuan Street. Services is excellent. Note: Traffic can be bad during peak hours. Journey to train station is ＜30mins. Strongly advise to leave hotel at least 1.5hrs in advance. We missed the train 😪 as the didi was stuck in traffic for ＞30mins. Hote manager was very nice, activated the staff to drive us but still not able to catch the train. Anyway, thanks to them for been so thoughtful, going extra miles to help

It is more suitable for traveling without leaving the hotel. You can walk in the hotel or the surrounding scenic spots. The air is very good and there are many birds. You will be woken up by the wonderful chirping of birds every day. Unfortunately, the privacy of the private hot springs is not good enough. The adjacent yards are separated by a low wall and the fence is also very short. Although there are not many people passing by on the lawn outside, it is impossible to soak in the hot springs naked in the open air. Overall, it can be rated 4.5 points. Especially before leaving, I drank tea for two hours in the hotel's teahouse and passed the afternoon. Facing the Slender West Lake, I basked in the sun.
