Excellent hotel service wise. The staff is super friendly and courteous. Best staff I have encountered so far in china, right from cleaning staff to front desk, very cheerful and helpful. During check-in was immediately served water and while checking out even received a small gift. The staff personally sees off the guest to the taxi. 👍👍👍 The rooms are well equipped and comfortable for an overnight trip. Breakfast spread was standard and the food was very fresh and served hot. The roof top restaurant has a great view.

We were there 2 nights for business trip, the hotel front desk were amazing really they are great,also all staff they were very polite and kindness, the room clneas ,amenities, all things were good.we arrived late about 10 PM and they prepared to us a delicious noodles, also our ticket was 4 o'clock and we were tired the hotel let us be there till 3 pm instead of 12. We recommend this hotel to every one they are wonderful

The hotel room is very clean and cosy to stay. The location is also very convenient to travel around. The staffs especially Ms.Yue, Ms.Tong and the team are very warm, friendly and helpful. They even go extra miles of helping us in transport arrangement to the Train station and place of interest. Will come back and recommend friend to this hotel.

The experience of staying at the Mercure Yangzhou East High-speed Railway Station this time was like meeting a group of warm little angels! From the moment we entered the door, the hotel service staff was super enthusiastic! Then the front desk receptionist Meng Fan quickly and considerately helped us arrange morning tea. There was also a little girl named Xianxian who sent us luggage and recommended delicious attractions around. Xianxian was also very attentive and asked us if we were satisfied with the room and if there was anything we needed help with. She was really considerate. There was also a girl named Lanlan. Although I didn't have much contact with her, I always smiled every time I saw her. The service was really impeccable! It felt like they were afraid that we would be dissatisfied at all. From entering the hotel to leaving, the whole process was like VIP treatment. Especially the pick-up service, which was on time and on time, and the driver was also very enthusiastic, which made people like us who were away from home feel very at ease.
