Чисто, уютно. Не совсем поняла решение с прозрачной ванной.

比較多次確定的酒店確實沒有讓我失望，父母説酒店的服務是他們在江蘇旅行期間最好的，特別是小楊和小劉，態度超好，有問有答，臨走前一天還幫協助辦理了網上值機！下次來揚州還住。

酒店的環境總體來説還是不錯的，停車方便，而且停車管理也很好，進門服務人員很熱情，能夠提前到車位上幫着拿行李。離店的時候也幫助把行李放到車上，謝謝小黃的服務。房間稍小，但是需要的也都有，還是挺好的，住六層的話一定要記住進門低頭那個門稍微小一點。碰一下挺疼的。當然，這是樓層結構的問題。

房間特別滿意。剛安排是一間大床房，發現有低噪音，主動升級套房，實在特別驚喜！
服務也可圈可點，從網上訂好房間，客服就主動加微信，發店址實景導航圖，還提供美食以及景點供參考👍退房後，還有伴手禮。真的很滿意！

設施：房間裏東西齊全 還配有咖啡膠囊機
服務：服務很周到 一定好就聯繫我 詢問出遊方式 我們是自駕出行 因為門口施工，特意告知我們路線 到達後小劉小楊幫我們拿行李辦理入住 全程都很熱情，辦理完一直送我們到房間 出去遊玩回來幫我們按電梯 服務真的是太棒了
第二天離開的時候 發現車也被保安大叔清洗過了 當時我老公就説以後來揚州就住他家了 離開的時候保安大叔都會鞠躬行禮
不僅僅是服務 地理位置也挺好的 穿過小區 就到了綵衣街 順着街一直走 東關街 個園 真的很方便
