My whole stay at this one of the best ones i’ve ever stayed. Staff are all very friendly and approachable. And almost all of them are courteous towards me and my family. One of the Staffer, Wan Bin, was meticulous in handling my case and handled it professionally. Overall, the stay, food and and hotel staff is very helpful. This stay is highly recommended.

Only good thing is the onsen goes into your room, but the design has a fault, tried to open the window for ventilation but ppl from the other room can see u

The location is super nice , close to a lake. If you are a lover of lakes and ancient China vibes , this hotel is right for you. The hot spring in the room is extremely enjoyable, and the staff was extremely attentive to our every need. They even upgraded our room on arrival. Two big minuses: 1) the breakfast is really substandard. For the price you pay , I would not expect orange juice from the supermarket , and all the western items were somewhat dissapointing so I sticked to fruits and Chinese items. 2) the vending machines don't sell any water , and I had to walk out of the the room to the lobby in the cold to get water at night.

The hotel is located on the bank of Slender West Lake, with an elegant and quiet environment, and warm, thoughtful and meticulous service. The guest room is not large, with half of the bathroom and half of the bedroom. The shower room is well sealed, and the handheld shower and tropical rainforest shower have sufficient water output. With large bottles of bathing products, it is comfortable to take a bath! A hot spring pool is installed under the window facing east, and you can release the hot spring by turning on the faucet. It is a comfortable life to soak in hot springs and drink Green Yangchun every day! The bedding is of excellent quality, delicate and soft to the touch, clean and skin-friendly, and has a good sleeping experience. Zui Yangzhou is the hotel's all-day restaurant (three meals a day), with a rich variety of breakfasts and good taste. The main meals of Yangzhou fried rice, crab meat and dried silk, and Wang tofu are all delicious, of course, the price is not low. The hotel is not far from the East Gate of the Slender West Lake Scenic Area, which is very convenient. This is a hotel suitable for vacation, a great hotel!

The hotel has three beautiful outdoor hot spring pools. The most descriptive thing is the location of the hotel, which is 200 meters south of the east gate of the West Lake Park and faces the west gate of the Songjiacheng Sports Park. In the hotel, you can experience the Zen teahouse, enjoy the ducks of the West Lake coming ashore to eat, and overlook the Daming Temple Tower. You can cross the road to the Qianmu Sports Park to see the Song City Wall and walk for fitness. The service is very meticulous. The waiter leads the guests into the room for the first time and explains the use of various electrical appliances and facilities. The front desk and restaurant services are also very enthusiastic.

There is an 18% discount for afternoon tea. Unfortunately, I don't like tea so I went to the lobby bar to have some coffee. The free Hanfu experience is free for each person. One set of clothes cannot be added. Makeup and hairstyle are charged separately, but not expensive, less than 200 yuan in total. I brought my mother to experience it, and I was very satisfied with the photos I took! The photos were also produced very quickly!

Because I said that the parking was too far away, she immediately helped me contact the security to reserve a parking space near the room for me.
