前台服務熱情，還贈送了一張早餐券，環境整體很好，國慶節期間小朋友多，其它房間夜裡麪太吵了，在走廊裏麪大喊大叫，隔音需要再優化。

商務出差定的這個酒店，旁邊就是百年老字號，房間設施也比較新，還是智能控制，衞生也很乾凈，整體來説非常滿意

1. 整體環境對得起這個價位了
2. 房間枕頭有黴斑，被子枕頭有煙味
3. 前台接待是沒培訓過嗎？早餐是要券的，但是沒有主動説，我問了一下早飯是幾點的，前台才想起來忘了給早飯券了，我們的房間在另一棟樓，要從旁邊一個門出去穿過一個過道到另一棟，但是前台給房卡的時候並沒有説，我們就正常做電梯上樓，到了3樓發現並沒有這個房間，然後下樓去問。前台是覺得我們把酒店當家嗎？都能自己知道這個房間號是在另一棟樓裏？
