衞生：和朋友帶孩子出遊揚州，特意選了四星，兩個房間進房間異味特別大，
設施：設施老舊，除了投影
環境：窗外就是空調冷卻塔，那個噪音屬實太大了
服務：完全不符合酒店定位，入住時居然沒有任何提示，停車是可以掃他們手機上二維碼免費的，這種操作，我們二次回來時，前台居然説你們沒有問，要不然你們就立個牌子，客户看不到那是我們瞎，好在晚上有個經理，挽回點我們心情。
特別説明一下，我們出門時一位本地顧客跟我們説他是本地人，特意帶客户來住，讓他一塌糊塗。
這也是我多年以來全國各地住過最差的四星。
