First time stay at Novotel.The Room size is not every big but just nice . Location is very convenient, 10 min to city.Staffs of the hotel are very very friendly and helpful. Laundry Auntie helped me remove stains on white shirt.They will help to carry luggage and open car doors and will bow to you . Highly recommended

The service was absolutely fantastic. The staff is very friendly and can anticipate your every need.
The room is very comfortable. No noise, great bedding, nice bathtub, and good curtains. Coffee and fruit are provided.
The location is convenient to get a taxi.
The breakfast is abundant and delicious.
The only improvement is to clean a little better. There are some marks on the glass doors in the bathroom. The bedding and towels are very clean. Just these small points.

This is my second time stay. The service is perfect. The breakfast is super. No need to say more. I will still choose Novotel Yangzhou next stay.

The staff was so friendly and helpful in every detail even getting my taxi and making sure the driver knew where to go. I highly recommend the dinner in the restaurant. It was amazing. Rooms are very clean and the gym was well equipped.

A new hotel, not far from slender west lake park and city center. Room is clean and modern. Breakfast is good. Enjoy the hotel during 2 days stay. Will stay here again next time.

The room is not big, but it is well equipped with capsule coffee machine, Dyson hair dryer, air purifier, and dry and wet separation.
