It was a perfect stay. I have always recognized the Hilton brand. I chose the recognized brand for this trip. The room was upgraded for free. It was very clean and spacious. The window could see the tower of Daming Temple and the scenery of Slender West Lake. The lady at the front desk on the 29th was very enthusiastic. The lady at the 236th checked out and asked about the stay experience. The breakfast was also quite rich. I chose a seat by the window and enjoyed the scenery while having breakfast. It was a very happy stay. I will continue to patronize next time.

The hotel has good service and good breakfast with so many options to choose from. The staff was also nice and managed to assist me with check-in as I arrived at the hotel too early. I'd definitely visit this hotel again in the future.

Facilities: The triple room only comes with one chair. I told the front desk twice that I would like to have one more chair, but I ignored it when I checked out. Every time I returned to the hotel and wanted to sit down and rest, only one person could sit down, and the other two could only sit down. I can stand, (I was sweating after going out but didn’t want to sit on the bed) It’s too tiring. Hygiene: clean and hygienic. Service: The waiter at the front desk is rude. Location: There are hotels next door. There are no shopping malls or supermarkets nearby. There is only one Gujia Kitchen, which is inconvenient.

In the room, you can listen to the blind elderly man playing strings on the opposite street for free, but you won't feel noisy. Service: Internet celebrity Yangda yogurt was given as a gift at the door. There was no full-time bellman, but the girl at the front desk saw that our suitcases were heavy and would help carry them up the steps. I came to Yangzhou for a short holiday during the National Day holiday. The hotel is located opposite the East Gate of the Slender West Lake Scenic Area, with an excellent location. In the golden autumn of October, the sweet-scented osmanthus is fragrant, and the air is filled with the fragrance of sweet-scented osmanthus. It is a good place for vacation. The hotel supplies are of high quality, the mahjong table is also solid wood, the fan is Dyson, and there is a large refrigerator. The family likes the small courtyard very much, and it is very comfortable to soak in the hot spring at night. Coming out of the west gate of the resort hotel, there is Xiangyuan Tea House on the left and Yangzhou Banquet on the right, which is extremely convenient for dining. Dinner was at Xiangyuan for three consecutive days, and lunch was at Yangzhou Banquet one day. The hotel is also very close to the guesthouse. There are many dining places in the guesthouse. There are too many people in Quyuan, and the Ju restaurant is also good. I live in a 3-bedroom courtyard hot spring villa. The service staff is warm and thoughtful, especially the housekeepers Zhang Yue and Yu Shiyun, who follow up the service throughout the whole process, put the hot spring water in advance every day, and take the clothes drying rack on their own initiative. All needs can be solved immediately. It is a very satisfactory journey, and I am still not satisfied. I will choose here next time.

The room is large, with dry and wet separation, hot spring in the room, clean and comfortable. The hotel is antique and the lakeside path is particularly good for walking. The private hot spring has good privacy. The service staff is very polite, warm, thoughtful and polite, bringing guests the warmth of home. The hotel is situated in a great location, right next to the famous Dong Guang Road. It is also next to the Marco Polo museum and near the Marco Polo statue. From the hotel it is very easy to get to all the attractions such as the slender west lake which is a must do in Yangzhou. The hotel staff are absolutely fantastic and we were upgraded to a loft suite. They made us feel so welcome and we felt like we were at home. A big thanks to miss Shi Yanyan, Lu Wei and Mr Dong for looking after us and making our trip special. This hotel provided us with exceptional customer service and we highly recommend it. The loft suite was beautiful with a wonderful river view. The room was very clean, cosy and had great amenities. The loft suite has two bathrooms/ shower rooms, two TVs (one in the living area and one in the bedroom) and Dyson hairdryer. When we checked out they gave us a very special gift of local sweets. They really are a fantastic team.
