A really smooth, easy and enjoyable experience. The nice fellow who checked us in late Friday, and who we saw again on Saturday evening was a considerate and thoughtful professional who helped make our stay better, so sincere thanks to him and the whole team. The breakfast was surprisingly delicious; noticeably better than similar kinds of hotels in much larger cities. Room was clean, sheets crisp and the bed was comfy. The location allowed us to do the larger tourist things and then still walk back. All round a splendid choice I was well pleased with afterwards.

The room is clean, the environment is quiet, not noisy, close to the airport, the overall feeling is good, but the pick-up service is not satisfactory, mainly in the morning, the number of pick-ups is limited, one car is full, and the shuttle will not be arranged back and forth. Be sure to wait for the next shift. If the number of people in the next shift is too small, you are not willing to open. There is a pick-up service, but it makes people feel very worry-free. Those who live near the airport are passengers who have to take the plane early in the morning. I hope to improve.

I will give this hotel oy 3 stars,this suppose to be a five,stars hotel but the brwakfast theres no cheese theres no ham so if you are foreigner doing business and,sometimes breakfast will be your meal until.dinner because you are busy this is not your hotel, there are another hotels with goid breakfast for you, the room is ok, theres no irong machine

If something is unsatisfactory, first, it is recommended to replace the pillow. Besde the facilities and hotel room are Excellent. The service quality are Top of the line! Firstly, when i check-in, the reception - Zhong walked to me immediate by helping me with my luggages. Then Joy helps me to check in quickly. The room service Ms Chen was quick to respond to my request. David the chef and esp. Ben Xu the front desk manager has help me even without me asking. Bravo for that! And last but not least, in the swimming pool - Yuan was excellent. Keep uo the good work!!! Hope to see you all soon when i come back. Btw, Hotel rate was a bargain! One laat thing, breakfast was not so great, if i can be critical. But still good. 😃
