酒店前台和經理的服務態度良好 房間設施完善有求必應 唯一的缺點就是酒店沒有充足的停車位 並且酒店前廳（門口指揮停車的人員）服務態度極差 並且出現辱罵消費者的現象 有損本人對酒店和延吉作為旅遊城市的印象 經理以及管理層解決問題的態度十分認真並且令人滿意👍 旅遊城市的服務可以説是最重要的 希望酒店可以管理好自己的員工 既然選擇了轉服務業這份錢就要做到服務業改做的

我訂的比較差，但酒店給我打電話預告預訂的具體情況，這種誠信是現在的商務中，難能可貴的。
實際上，這酒店的裝修，色彩，配置，早餐，服務都是非常恰到好處的，甚至是賞心悦目的。
應該推薦，可惜比較匆忙來不及拍照。

是今年剛開業的新酒店，裝修還是稍有點味，但酒店的服務和熱情可以彌補，基礎設施都是新的，位置在延吉百貨大樓旁邊，交通便利。

酒店設施設備非常齊全，酒店新開業的，但是房間一點味道都沒有，前台小姐姐anna服務非常周到，早餐也很豐富，種類很多，還有特色熱湯麪，退房之後有送小禮物，推薦來吉林旅遊的朋友體驗一下
