This Comfort Inn was up to the usual standards and includes a fitness room and hot tub. No pool. Has an elevator. Lots of parking. Numerous restaurants and stores are a 1/4 to 1/2 mile walk or short drive away on US 81. Room was in great shape though mattresses were starting to sag slightly. During our stay there was a tornado warning for Yankton and radar showed the rotation heading right for us! The staff made sure everyone was accounted for (even waking people up if needed) and had us huddle in the first floor hallway. Luckily no tornado hit the hotel. I can not praise the staff enough for taking the warning seriously and their professionalism and care for their guests' safety.
