第一次住全季
先説服務，三顆星。
扣的第一顆星
我們三個人，就提前問雙床房能不能拼一下
接電話的人説可以，但是需要我們到店再拼（攜程已付款）。
我們到店了，前台想都沒想就直接説不可以。
後來還是跟同事又確認過，又請了位保安大哥和家人一起挪了。
扣的第二顆星
我問幾點退房
前台看我會員價格不高，直接説，十二點，然後，又以“我額外對你好一點”的感覺（這衹是我的感覺），説最晚1點，因為是攜程的，我們免費給1小時。
這過程我就差大恩大德的感謝了
我們第二天是早上7點退房的
不能説是錯，衹是不夠好。
但凡解釋個遊客多都行。
但前一天榮成的酒店本來也是12點退房的，但是很乾脆的給我們延到了2點。
且不説亞朵都可以16點退房了，國慶期間。
