The shower is terrible, low water pressure and hot water is not working.

The bed makes me itchy

My experience at the hotel was mostly positive. The staff was helpful and patient. The location of the hotel nearby the train station is very convenient. On the other hand, some guests around my room were very noisy and seemed to lack any understanding of how to behave in a hotel, going in between different rooms and chatting out loud in the hall in front the door of other guests. While this is not an issue concerning to the staff or the hotel directly, it would be a good idea to send some person from time to time to check that the atmosphere is quiet for everyone to have a good rest in every floor.

This hotel is located in the downtown. The room was good enough to stay for a night. It is close to the train station.

Well honestly maybe the room I choose but it has a very bad smell 🤔, I could not even sleep, they had my passport information then this came all the way up in the middle of the night with a hard knock on the door, just to ask me where I come from? I was like but you have my passport print out information, well that was it for me... I checked out and found a new hotel which was more comfortable, clean and I slept like a 👶

The price is moderate and the cost performance is average. The transportation is convenient and the surrounding environment is OK.

He insisted that I stay in this room on the 7th floor and asked to check out. I strongly requested not to upgrade. After arranging the room type according to the photo, there is an elevator, not a password lock. I am very satisfied with the room and the service staff. The room is comfortable and hygienic, the sheets are very new, the sound insulation effect is also good, and the shower and air conditioning are easy to use. It is a good choice for business trips. There is also a bath sauna, which I didn’t have time to experience, but it should be good.

A very cozy hotel, the lobby is very beautiful, spacious and bright. The two beauties at the front desk are very enthusiastic. I don't know how to connect to the wireless network, and the little beauty patiently came to the room to help me. Manager Cao also opened the door to help me with my luggage. She was very enthusiastic and made me feel at home. I will choose Aipu again when I come to Yantai next time.
