設施老舊又臟，房間又小又臟，早餐簡直一言難盡，這早餐收兩塊錢我都嫌貴，玉米上全是須，土豆絲像前一天吃剩的，小米粥喝完了就不續了，服務態度超級差，這是對去了趟煙台最差的記憶了，

酒店很老 衞生比較差 跟朋友一共訂了三間房 除了我這一間床上有毛髮 還有一間更糟糕 衞生堪憂 前台的電話打了好幾次都給掛了 最後終於打通 態度不耐煩 聽口氣應該是故意掛斷電話的 貌似太忙 不想接 我們是幾個朋友一起出去玩 臨時訂房 也沒有仔細看 是目前住過最差的酒店

攜程定的豪華雙床房，淡季，提前訂，用券之後280，當天晚上的標價是三百，圖個離所城裡近一點。
打車到位置之後，差點沒認出來，圖片跟實景差了不是一星半點，我還懷疑司機給我送錯了地方。
當然，這不重要。
重要的是，進去酒店大門就開始🈶一股怪味。
進到房間，腳臭味簡直把人薰吐，地面全是各種油漬和不知名污漬。
累的不想折騰，想開窗通風，説是有窗，結果被牆沿兒擋了一半。懶得折騰，也不太挑剔。所以就開窗通風住下來，收拾好，準備睡覺。
奇葩的來了，躺下，發現床上被子居然是濕的，床是壞的，晚上洗澡，洗了一半，發現洗髮水瓶是空的，費勁擠出來一點洗了頭，瞎胡蓋了一點背角，勉強住了一夜。
不是那種挑剔人，也不想拖着疲憊的身體去跟前台爭辯。
這一分，完全是給房間大小的，“豪華”兩個字，我真是氣笑了。

因為比較信任這個品牌，所以沒注意到住客評價衹有3.3分，結果踩了大雷了，可以説是我住過的最差的維也納酒店。房間及設施比較舊也就罷了，設施壞了也不維修，窗户壞了，拿一個鋁合金棒頂一下。浴室簾下面的橫桿也是斷的。本來沒幾個衣架，居然出了好幾種，太能救乎了。衞生做的也不好，門後面一層厚厚的土。總的來講，錦江集團管理的酒店標準化差很多。
