環境：環境那是相當的好，我預訂時沒想到酒店周圍環境這麼好，坐落在黨校裏面，既舒適又安全，後面就是黨校綠化很好的校園可以散步，斜對面就是煙台體育場和體育公園，再望向遠處就是大海，海景很不錯。能看海，房間還很安靜。離煙大小吃街、濱海中路、黃海明珠也不算遠，可以步行到海邊玩。雖然離漁人碼頭、煙台山、所城裡等熱門景點有距離，但是酒店門口的10路車非常方便去這些地方，一元錢直達。
服務：很好，標準化酒店服務都有，有暖心的歡迎水果。免費配的嶗山礦泉水，比一般酒店多送好幾瓶，都不需要在外面買水喝了。
衞生：雖然酒店不是最新的，但是衞生保持得很好，大廳很大，窗明幾凈，房間裏的衞生間也乾淨。
設施：酒店不是那種時尚潮流酒店，是黨校的機關酒店，所以傢俱家電有一種和黨校身份很符合的氣質，但是各方面都達到了四星級該有的水準，房間大，價格還很實惠，平日價格含雙早才兩百多（早餐很好），國慶期間也沒漲多少，真的很良心了。
總結，非常滿意的酒店，非常滿意的旅行，煙台很美、也很好吃！
