I chose Hongkou Hotel for this trip to Yantai. I also did a night of research on Ctrip before choosing this hotel. Because it was the off-season, I called in advance to ask if I could upgrade my room. When I checked in, I was a few hours in advance, but the efficiency and speed were still very fast. The service staff said that they had reserved a room for me in advance, and the lobby service staff also helped me deliver my luggage to the room. While delivering the luggage, I also introduced me to the attractions around the hotel. As soon as I entered the room, I found that the room was decorated very clean and beautiful. The decorations and stickers of welcome home made me think I entered someone else's wedding room, because it was so beautiful and ceremonial. The sea view outside the window is also very beautiful, but it was a pity that the day I came was cloudy and the sea was not very blue. Anyway, I started taking pictures of the room layout, scenery, and selfies when I moved in. The cleaning lady gave me yogurt, snacks and afternoon tea. She also left a handwritten note to remind me to drink more hot water. The side door on the first floor of the hotel can lead to the bathing center on the negative first floor of the hotel. Guests can take a bath and steam sauna for free. I took a hot bath before going to bed at night. The bed in the room is very comfortable and soft. The whole person is super relaxed when sleeping on it, and the sound insulation is also very good. I had a beautiful beauty sleep! The red date ginger tea in the hotel lobby is also very delicious. I drank several cups when I left the hotel. The breakfast is a little simple, but I left the hotel full. When I checked in, the brother in the lobby on the first floor told me that I could write them any suggestions, and then I wrote my thoughts in the message book on the floor. As a result, after I left, they answered me very seriously, and also gave me tea bags and Yantai specialties, which was great! At that time, I felt that his service was very sincere, and he considered the customers from the bottom of his heart. When he met the customers, he would greet them politely, including the waiters in the restaurant. I thought to myself that I would definitely stay at their house next time I came to Yantai to play! Finally, I would like to make a few small suggestions, and I hope you can become more perfect: 1. The hotel’s bathing area is not separated into dry and wet areas. Although I didn't take a shower in the shower room, I took a look at the bathroom and found that the dry and wet separation was not in place. People with mysophobia might be unhappy. 2. The window with sea view was not cleaned, and there were stickers, which might affect the sea view. The room next door can see my room through the side of the window. If I don't wear clothes properly, it will be bad for privacy. 3. The breakfast can be richer. Although the breakfast is provided by Quanjude, there are fewer meals, fruits and drinks to choose from. You can learn from the surrounding hotels. The buffet breakfast of my last hotel was very rich. 4. There are no tea bags in the room, no coffee, green tea or black tea. Maybe the hotel also considered saving costs, so it didn't prepare!
