YAO Grand Hotel

很日式，看似有歷史的温泉酒店一點不影響入住體驗感，前台工作人員很熱情，有求必應。

帶孩子度假，一家三口住了一晚。和室非常棒，適合全家。温泉很舒服，小孩子也泡得很開心。酒店有接送八尾近鐵的服務，很方便。

It's an old hotel, but it's famous for its hot springs, so it's open 24 hours a day! If you stay at the hotel, the cheap, good hot spring water will be a great help in recovering from fatigue and taking care of your skin! Breakfast is great and delicious! I love that the parking lot is large and free!

When I went there, the front desk lady was very nice in the morning and the restaurant was not bad, but the lady in charge at night was not very nice. The men were not very friendly either. I gave it 3 stars because I thought it was good that there was a hot spring and a theater, but I felt that I would not want to talk to the lady in charge at night. I don't think this is the kind of service you would expect from a hotel that charges a certain amount of money.

I used it for a memorial service before. This time, I called to ask about the hotel and memorial service for relatives who came from far away. They laughed at my question. When I asked his name, they said it was Inagaki, the president. I didn't ask his position. When I asked about the laughter, they treated me like a complainer and said not to make strange accusations. As other people have posted, there is a very unfriendly male front desk staff in the evening. They shouldn't have a front desk that can't use honorific language. I will never use it again.

On November 8th (Tuesday), when I made a reservation for a theater seat at the Yao Grand Hotel and crossed the runway, I was pointed out by a female staff member in a strong tone. There was no guidance to the box seats, and I had to open the closed door to get to the box seats, and for about 10 years I crossed the runway. (The proprietress told me to cross quickly before the play, so I did.) When I was about to call out to the proprietress, I saw her for the first time. I was asked what to say. I have stayed at the Yao Grand Hotel before, and the proprietress asked me to come again. Disqualified from the service industry. She's the worst landlady.

The facility is quite old, but the rooms have been nicely renovated. The natural free-flowing hot spring for sale was still satisfying. I entered the public bath three times from the time I checked in at 16:00 to the time I checked out at 10:00 the next day. There is no doubt that being able to take a bath late at night, which is rare these days, will increase your satisfaction with the herbal medicinal bath and the abundant hot water flowing directly from the source. From the receptionist, the person who served the food, and the person who managed the bath, I was able to receive all the pleasant services.

The building is old, so the facilities are not that great. But the hot spring facilities are even better, so I'm sure you'll be satisfied. The rooms are very spacious, with both Japanese-style and Western-style rooms, and even a tokonoma alcove, and meals are available through room service, so you can dine at your leisure without worrying about the coronavirus. In the banquet hall, there are free shows performed by a theater troupe twice a day, which is another thing to look forward to. It's a good idea to bring an empty plastic bottle to take home when you visit the hot springs.
