Hotel with magnificent decor and style but lack of activities to occupy customers outside the period. Very disappointing animations. Brief cleaning with dirty duvet put without covers, bed just refinished during the 4 days with sheets that come apart every night. Uncomfortable bedding. Very disappointed at this level. Good food but always the same menus offered. nothing new during the 4 days

Superb hotel with magnificent castle-style architecture. Very kind staff. Too bad we had a problem with the heating, but by asking kindly we received the loan of electric heating during our stay. Varied food. I recommend 👍

Hôtel propre avec une équipe d’animation très dynamique les enfants sont très content la bouffe est bonne les chambre sont correcte la piscine est propre pleins d’activités. Je recommande vivement cette hôtel pour des vacances mouvementée.

En mai ce fut la troisième fois que je séjourné avec ma fille J y retourne en septembre en solo , Quand je lis les commentaires sur l hôtel leila bailla la colère m envahie, c est un très bel hôtel, personnel accueillant , souriant Chambres propre femme de ménage très souriantes.Très gentilles et polie Restauration on retrouve son compte il y a du choix les serveurs très dlsponible Très belle piscine. Animations ? Là je n ai pas aimer pardon pour ma critique les animateurs nulle. La thallaso un peu chère pour le service rendu. Cela ne m empêchera pas D y retourner en septembre J ai un peu peur car je serais seule mais heureuse d y retourner

l’hôtel est très bien situé face à la mer mais la plage est très sale la nourriture n'est pas variées et n'a pas de gout il faut attendre plus de 30 minutes pour avoir de la viande même pas cuite les tables ne sont pas débarrassées, les serveurs et le personnels est très froid l'animation est totalement à revoir les animations en soirée sont catastrophiques pas de clim dans le haul d'accueil les chambres sont vieilles la musique est trop forte impossible de dormir avant 23h30 même quand on mange il y a de la musique et il est impossible de s'entendre en terrasse tellement c'est fort ne réservez pas dans cet hôtel ça ne vaut vraiment pas le coup croyez moi

Pire hôtel de ma vie!!! La catastrophe !!nourriture sans aucun goût, jamais de tables propres et disponibles ..Pas de clim dans l hôtel mise à part les chambres.. l eau n est jamais fraîche. Pas de jus le matin, casiment jamais de chocolat chaud pour les enfants ! Le repas n est plus servit après 21h en plein été du jamais vue !!! Vraiment au prix où nous avons payé notre séjour c est inadmissible !!!très peu de fruits, repas pas du tout variés..Pas une seule fois des frites pour les enfants en plein mois d août ! Hôtel à fuir!!!!!!!
