Le prix correspond à un 5 étoiles de luxe parisien ou même plus ! Chambre spacieuse mais bruit tout la journée même la nuit avec des enfants qui sautent à l’étage au dessus,j ai vu des gens se baigner avec leur vêtements, cette même personne était à la plage ensuite pas de douche avec sa robe longue dans la piscine ! Serveur du buffet du soir qui te rajoute 4 boissons et 2 bouteilles d eau sur la facture ! petit dej 25 min pour une crêpe.. Le mois d’août quand on a pris la chambre le prix était de 440 euros la nuit et franchement rien dans l’hôtel ne correspond a ce prix là ! j ai pris une triple car La réceptionniste m’a dit au téléphone qu’avec un bébé de 2ans je ne pouvais pas prendre de double et qu ils ne rajoutent pas de lit enfant alors que ce n’etait pas vrai …

Je savais que la catégorie 5 étoiles n a pas la même signification dans tous les pays mais quand le prix payé équivaut à celui d un 5 étoiles Shangri La Barrière ou Marriot , on s attend à des prestations équivalentes. Certes les chambres sont spacieuses mais autour malgré les efforts du personnel on ne trouve pas son compte. La literie est classique les oreillers durs. Le plateau de courtoisie est honteux, bouilloire bon marché qui fuit responsable de court circuit, du café instantané quand partout dans le monde on trouve des cafetières expresso. Petit dejeuner correct pour un 5 étoiles, déjà vu mieux chez un voisin. Pas assez de matériel, on attend 45 min pour une crêpe! Pas de club enfant donc punis de thalassothérapie si vous venez en famille! Le diner de 120 dinars n est pas non plus exceptionnel et les enfants payent autant que les adultes pour 2 parts de pizza et une glace. Aucune boisson comprise malgré le prix. Bref ce n est pas le 5 étoile luxe auquel je m attendais au vu de la renommée et surtout du prix payé.

Personale preparato, gentile, molto educato e soprattutto attento ad ogni dettaglio. Struttura molto curata e pulita. Cucina sia Internazionale che locale molto buona Camera spaziosa ed elegante Spiaggia privata super attrezzata e ben tenuta.

L'hôtel est superbe, très propre, calme. Le personnel est vraiment au petit soin et on en devient presqu' amis, tellement ils sont gentils.
Les chambres sont très confortables, sauf les sièges de la terrasse qui sont très peu confortables et hyper bruyantes au moindre déplacement.
Je n'ai pas aimé aussi les petits oiseaux qui viennent picorer sur l'étal des petits déjeuners.
Je n'hésiterais pas à revoir dans cet hôtel.

Je me plais a y retourner. Cet hôtel est unique et le meilleur de Tunisie. Sa thalasso est incroyable. Heureusement que ce genre d'endroit existé. Les repas servis sont bons les chambres propres belles et spacieuses. Chaque fois je découvre un coin inexploré. Petit coucou au monsieur du café maure qui chante et joue trop bien.a bientôt j'espère

Chaque voyage en Tunisie passe par Hasdrubal Hammamet tant nous apprécions le service, le cadre et les prestations. Le personnel serviable est dévoué, aimable et professionnel. La cuisine y est excellente aussi bien pour le PDJ (dont le buffet est riche et varié) qu'au restaurant Le Gourmet. Nous vous recommandons le Centre Thalasso pour le gommage dans le hammam traditionnel, les massages... Le personnel aimable et professionnel aura vous conseiller.
