The staff in general, and especially the animation team with Kimo, are competent and very friendly and helpful. The flaw comes from the property investing very little (even a few plates, cutlery, tables and chairs to cope with the number of guests present). Despite this, the staff were always super helpful and went the extra mile!

Très bonne équipe d animation orchestré par le chef Kimo au top. Chambre pas très propre et restauration laisse à désirer. Mais les serveurs très sympas La réception pas très courtoise mais bon pour le prix et les 3 étoiles ça passe. Heuresement que l animation rectifiait le tir

Très bonne expérience, j'ai passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel, le service est bien, surtout l'animation avec kimou...des parties de pétanque chaque jour, piscine et toboggan, l'établissement et très bien située au cœur de Hammamet Yasmine.

Bonjour, cet hôtel est horrible, sale partout, piscine sale, pas assez de nourriture, serveur non chaleureux pas de boissons a table,ni d'eau, faut remplir le verre chaque fois que vous voulez boire j'ai all inclusive, chambres vielles, écoulement de la climatisation sur le couloir pendant 3 jours, les réparations de deux sous, cafard dans les chambres, j'ai réclamé plusieurs fois pour changement de chambre sans réponse, snack a 15h avec une chaine a l'infini, après chaqu'un prend juste un morceau de pizza ou gâteau, c'est grave, après avoir payé pour all, il est catastrophique a un point inimaginable 0. A fuir.

Une Administration sérieuse, un directeur motivé digne de respect, un accueil chaleureux à la réception, une équipe d'animation magnifique encadrée par un leader professionnel et créatif, un service sérieux à la piscine, une sécurité de haut niveau à l'hôtel.Une hygiène top au niveau des chambres.J'ai adoré mon séjour.Merci Green Golf Staff . Salut je voulais juste partager mon avis sur l’hôtel et puis c’est un hôtel bien j’aime bien les animateurs surtout lanimatrice maya 😄 a propos la nourriture j’aime bien le petit déjeuner et le dîner sinon le déjeuner est vraiment nulle sinon le service est top et puis la connexion est vraiment vraiment nulle sinon les chambres sont propres ☺️

Tressss mauvais hotel a propos de l’hygiene staff tres impolis surtout qui travaillent au bar le chef personnel la réception et qui travaillent au restaurant aussi Conditions très misérable au chambre tout est vieux La seul chose qui est bonne les animateurs Un tres mauvais plan a ne pas recommender du touuuuut On a fait all inclusive soft mais ils nous obligent du payer le café. Don’t book this hotel it’s disgusting dirty and ants, cockroaches everywhere food was disgusting and people where very rude when we went to complain about the room they told the holiday company we book with we was lying we had to take pictures to prove it was unfit to stay there when we was trying to send the pictures they turned off the WiFi so we couldn’t send them. There was electric wires hanging next to beds where children sleep burn marks everywhere fridge was so dirty and rusted was not even cold the main bed was broken the lights where broken and smashed in the light holders on the walls the ceiling was all cracked with mould coming out air conditioning didn’t work the bathroom was rotten it had mould everywhere from the minute we got to this hotel we wanted to leave we had to stay there for one night which we ending up staying most of this in the lobby until the morning when we moved hotel I would say so much more but there ain’t enough space PLEASE DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!!!!!

There is no television or there is a very old television! The temperature is 9 degrees and there is no heating in the rooms! The cover does not warm well! The food is like hospital food! What is this ???? It doesn't deserve even one star! Very unfortunate....
