This is a lovely hotel with all the ingredients to make it a perfect stay in high season; beautiful pool, fantastic location, nice staff, large restaurant, outside bbq, lovely lounge and bar with pool table and nice rooms. We went in low season and were grateful for the indoor pool which is large, beautiful looking and warm. However, during low season they remove the buffet dinner and instead offer you a choice of three meals which they bring on a plate. This means you don't get to choose what you put on your plate and also it's so repetitive. But the biggest letdown was the owners staying at the same time. They were so rude to the staff, shouting around and slamming about. Watching videos on their phones loudly in the restaurant when people are trying to eat. Getting different meals dished up on silver platters (I'm serious) whilst everyone else is eating the same meal on repeat. The staff and facilities here are great, the owners are something else!

Séjour de 10 jours passés , je tiens à remercier l’ensemble de l’équipe , le monsieur de l’accueil , en passant par le bagagiste, une mention spéciale à M.Lotfi responsable de la partie restauration ainsi que M.Ezzedine qui été au bar , j’ai été accueilli tel un pacha , je reviendrai avec plaisir à l’hôtel Eden Yasmine merci pour tout !!

Bel hôtel, bon service, nourriture Ok car pas beaucoup de choix. Mais les femmes de ménage n'ont pas changer les draps de tout notre séjour et les serviettes étaient souvent retourné sales

unplanned trip
Booked a superior room but wasnt available until the next day. They helped move us to the correct room. Food was ok, pool area was nice and our bed was comfortable. Just had ants in the room. staff was nice, but none went out of their way to make use feel welcomed

Notre séjour à l'hôtel EDEN YASMINE a été malheureusement décevant pour plusieurs raisons. L'hôtel est également un EHPAD, ce qui signifie que les résidents de l'EHPAD et les touristes partagent la même salle de repas. Cette cohabitation peut être gênante, surtout lorsque l’on est à table avec des enfants et qu’on observe des résidents avec des bavoirs se faisant nourrir par le personnel. La propreté laisse également à désirer. Les tables du salon ne sont pas nettoyées régulièrement et, pire encore, dans la salle de repas, les chemins de table ne sont pas changés pendant le service. Arriver à la fin du service signifie souvent s'installer devant un chemin de table taché, ce qui est très désagréable. Nous avions opté pour la formule ALL inclusive, mais celle-ci s'est révélée être une véritable catastrophe. Le vin, qu'il soit rouge ou blanc, est imbuvable, les cocktails ne sont pas bons, et même le pastis est décevant. De plus, toutes les boissons sont servies dans des verres en plastique, ce qui est loin de l'expérience premium attendue. À ajouter à cela, lors de notre séjour, nous avons eu du thon comme poisson du jour pendant trois repas consécutifs. Cela manque cruellement de diversité et soulève des questions quant à la gestion des stocks. Enfin, étant tellement déçus, nous avons écourté nos vacances de moitié malgré les coûts supplémentaires pour changer nos billets d’avion. Nous ne voulions absolument plus rester sur place plus longtemps. En résumé, nous sommes très déçus de notre séjour à l'hôtel EDEN YASMINE et nous ne le recommandons pas.
