i run away from this bad place, this is the worst hotel experience you can habe , very bad services , bad rooms, very rude people especiallty the guy on the reception, medium food not delicious, only the location near marina, not worth its money

Séjour très court malheureusement ne correspond pas a un quatre étoiles : mauvaise odeur wc, Ambiance interieur sombre, meubles abîmés. Restauration pas top, Dommage besoin d une petite renovation! Il est bien situé pas loin de la Marina et plage.

J'ai séjourné à l'hôtel Marina Palace Hammamet du 26 au 28 juillet 2024, et la situation était misérable en cuisine, notamment le chef. Sa dernière préoccupation était la qualité de la nourriture, et il ne traitait pas les clients de manière professionnelle. était limité à certains aliments, qu'il répétait tous les jours, et à la mauvaise qualité du poisson, et quant aux dessert, les fruits elles sont servie avec des pastèques et des melons uniquement .Par conséquent, je déconseille d'aller dans cette hôtel que je réclame très mauvais.

Hotel plus que passable. Accueil et bar très sale.piscine eaux troubles et sale. Petit déjeuner impressionnés par le manque de civisme des residants , salle de restaurant pas accueillante du tout , café servi dans des timbales en cartons ainsi que les jus de fruit ou plutôt l'eau et la poudre de fruits (infâme) Personnels pas accueillants, ni souriants. Chambre laissant largement à désirer sanitaire sales Bref cette hôtel mérite tout juste une étoile et encore. Je be recommande pas du tout je dirais même à fuir

Votre position Bonjour jai mis 1 etoile parcquon peut pas mettre moins hotel degeulace désastreux personnel moqueur mechant 5 cafard en une seule nuit lezard fourmil rouge jai fait 1 crise urticaires a minuit le responsable qui fait genre de pas etre la impossible de le voir !!!!piscine sale jamais nettoyer il mettent que du clore sur le page FB il mettent genre party mousse lol ji était en 4 jour 25min de mousse juste pour alimenter leur page pas de sonno pas animation rien !!!!!je vous mette les photo malheureusement on peut pas mettre les video cette hotel a 4 etoile juste parcquil soudoit des personnes il devrai etre fermer

Never seen an awfull hotel like this in my life.. dirty rooms insects bad smell of carpets always making noise TV is not working ... same food everyday .. the receptionist is always mad even the security guy Infront of the front door is always mad .. this is scam am not going to mention the pool very dirty and they don't have where to sit on the beach they tried to scam me .. please keep your money and don't go to this horrible place I do have videos and pictures . Save your money and go somewhere else . Be aware of what you saw here it's totally different .

The reception staff were really really nice. The food was excellent and had a great variety at all point of the day! The dessert was v good. The entertainment was also very good. Would recommended for family’s and couples. Would come again! Overall extremely very good . Definitely 5*
