En moyenne une bonne experience Je voulais remercier la réceptionniste Salima Medhbi elle était tellement douce et serviable Aussi les agents de sécurité celui du night shift j'ai du sortir pour aller à la pharmacie il m'a pris un taxi et m'attendais Sinon bravo à toute l'équipe Le seul bémol c'est le chauffage ; il fonctionne pas dans la chambre et même l'hôtel il est pas assez chauffé surtout en décembre

As others have said the hotel is looking a bit tired, totally made up for by the wonderful staff and customer service. We went all inclusive and couldn’t really fault the food ,the freshly cooked breakfast omelettes were especially nice,mid morning and afternoon snacks were a bit limited .

Très bon hôtel, chambre spacieuse avec touts les commodités sauf salle de bain incluent les toilettes. Restaurant un peu petit mais les mets été plus que correct avec des salades très variés,des plats principaux variés entre viandes,poulets et poissons avec des cooking show de pâtes et pizzas. Le petit déjeuner été très bien dans l'ensemble avec les machines à café,des jus (sauf le jus d'orange qui était payant et assez cher pour la saison) les brioches délicieux ainsi que des fruits de saison. Un séjour cour mais bien dans l'ensemble.

The entertainment team max and didi was amazing went up and beyond to support customers and to make sure you have an enjoyable experience. Max will come out with guests and make sure you don’t get hassled or over charged this man is underpaid and deserve so much more pay for all he does and the amount of hours he works. Be careful using the trip man he will tell you if your not happy he will refund the boat trip was so bad just pay for people to go fishing completely waste of money and they will kill and butcher fish in front of you and are very rude. The spa man will over charge and then tell the spa ladies to only give you sample treatment. Amina in the spa very kind and will go up and beyond again another staff member that I think is underpaid. My recommendation is that they need to cater better food for English with more choice and the drinks they need a better choice very limited option for all inclusive sent more time out the hotel eating and drinking

I love it and i recommend it to all of u From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and ensured that all my needs were met. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with modern touches that made it feel both comfortable and luxurious Clean , food very variant and delicious 😋 😍

I always visit Tubisia but this is the first time for me I this hotel and I definitely love it. It is well maintained especially the room it is vast and comfortable , also the decoration is simple and great. The food is tasty and there is diversity, I will definitely return.
