Hotel with a very nice style. very bourgeois.
We booked a suite. frankly very good.
Basket of fruit on our arrival and bottles of water.
Maid very attentive.
Just if it was possible to have bottles of water every day, that would be great.
Otherwise nothing to say.
We will come back soon. That's for sure.

Pas d’eau dans la chambre a 30 degrés pas de serviette a la piscine room service sans téléphone qui ne marche pas, pas de gel douche au restaurant 3 salières pour 400 couvert pas de sel pas de poivre 4 et 5 eme étoile bien acheté 😭 et j’en passe..pension complete eau pas compris ni aucune soda d’ailleurs fuite dans la salle de bain pas de dinars pour faire du change bon en gros une catastrophe etc etc

Très bel hôtel. Nous avons été parfaitement accueilli et revenons enchantés de notre séjour. Je recommande vivement et espère y retourner un jour. Le personnel est à l'écoute, les repas variés et la literie très confortable. Bref nous avons passé une semaine de rêve sans souci.

J'ai séjourné à l'hôtel The Russelior et mon expérience a été très décevante.
Tout d'abord, le service était très médiocre. J'avais réservé et payé pour une chambre avec vue sur la piscine, mais on m'a donné une chambre différente sans explications ni excuses.
De plus, les assiettes de la cuisine n'étaient pas propres, il y avait des résidus de nourriture, ce qui est inacceptable pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. L'accès à l'eau était également limité, ce qui est très inconfortable pour les clients.
Enfin, le petit déjeuner ferme à 10h, et si vous arrivez à 9h30, il ne reste presque plus rien à manger. C'est vraiment frustrant et montre un manque d'organisation de la part de l'hôtel.
Je ne recommanderais pas cet hôtel et je ne reviendrai certainement pas.

How is this hotel 5 star?
This hotel is FAR from 5 stars. It took over an hour to check in because reception could not find our reservation. They did little to quickly resolve this and just left us waiting and pretty much did they best to ignore us until we insisted they sort the issue.
The main hotel areas were fine but the corridors were poorly lit, probably to hide the poor and dingy condition. The hotel was fine but also not 5 star condition, wallpaper was peeling, stains on the curtains, finger marks around the mirror. The room was apparently pool view but the glimpse of the pool we could see was actually the pool of the neighbouring hotel. The one plus is the bed was super comfy.
Breakfast was really poor. It was tasteless and the pastries were rock hard.
The pool itself was really nice and seemed clean but the surrounding area was a complete mess. Chairs and loungers just strewn around, all were really dirty too.
I would not stay again and I definitely would not recommend it to anyone.

Séjour 3 nuits
Arrivé à 4 h du matin la compréhension pour le parking était un peu compliqué. Pas vraiment d explications Sur le fonctionnement de l hôtel des service et des horaire de repas . Chambre propre tout les équipement fonctionnel. Il faut savoir que la Clim ne fonctionne pas quand la porte fenêtre du balcon est ouvert . La piscine est super le dérivé de repas est un self le petit déjeuner au top et le dîner sympa prendre en compte que les boissons sont en extra. La nuit une ballade autour de la piscine est vraiment magnifique. L hôtel est assez calme . Séjour de 3 nuit vraiment sympa les commerces sont à 3 min en voiture et 17 à pied . Les employés répondent au demande autant qu ils peuvent. La femme de ménage travail bien et aucun souci de vol . Franchement très bon séjour je recommande et reviendrai.
