Popular Yasmine Hammamet 4-star Hotels

Large hotel well located on the coast of Hammamet, the children took advantage of the heated swimming pool, great entertainment in the evening around the swimming pool and also inside, the food was good, however the staff were not very smiling, not very welcoming and not available, the rooms and bedding that makes you want to sleep, tv from the old millennium and the bathroom that has no have the category of a 4 * and they need to be renovated.

Discussing hotel .j don't mind old fashioned but everything was broken shower ,no handles on wardrobes . 1 draw j opened and it was just the frame no base . The patio doors 5 rooms I was shown would not lock to which I was told my belongings would be safe ! Really would you ????food very very small variety very poor quality .salad looked like it was days old . Loft broke down twice in less than 48hours .it took 3 hours each time to fix . No WiFi in any of the rooms only in reception .beaches full of rubbish . A camel opposite on its own tied up by the feet all evening and day apart from when used on the beach .it looked very unwell and underfed and was alone . The reception and pool itself were presentable. The hall way carpets were dirty and in places ripped . I beg you not to be deceived by these pictures .I've slept on sleeper trains in india that were better than this .also the majority of the people looked quite rough I hate to be judgemental but even the locals said the hotel was rubbish . Also beware love hollodays is going into liquidation j think. Some people have paid for hollodays then got to their hotels only to find out they were homeless as love hollodays had not paid the hotel !!!!disgusting!!!!!I wasn't there even 48 hours and flew home .if one thing had of been okay but everything was so poor all aspects . Avoid this hotel at all costs. When I arrived, I was advised my room wouldn't be ready. They invited me to have some lunch, come back and it would be sorted. When I went back, it was the same story. Told come back an hour later, same story. It was around 3hrs after I arrived that I was able to get into my room. The room itself was absolutely shocking. The decor was like something from the 80s, there was a burn in the carpet where someone had left an iron on it, the bathroom was disgusting and hadnt been cleaned properly, when I took a shower, the bath filled with water due to issues with drainage. All in all, the room left a lot to be desired. The food was also disappointing. After the 3rd day, I stopped eating at the restaurant as it had given me an upset stomach. The bar was basic. Drinks were served in paper cups and served one at a time. I would have had my drink finished by the time I went back to the pool and would need to go back. It felt as if the staff thought the were doing you a favour by doing their jobs and did not make me feel welcome. The staff gave no information about any of the services provided and I felt like I was left to myself to figure the hotel out. I would not go back to this hotel and would implore anyone who is considering it to reconsider.

The reception staff were really really nice. The food was excellent and had a great variety at all point of the day! The dessert was v good. The entertainment was also very good. Would recommended for family’s and couples. Would come again! Overall extremely very good . Definitely 5*

Disappointing for this price and for a 4 stars hotel. Room was barely acceptable, clearly not cleaned below the beds, no glasses, no towels, soap and shampoo containers almost if not empty upon arrival and were not filled at all during our stay. Towels were a nightmare to get: sometimes just enough, sometimes missing one, sometimes missing two. Getting an iron was a battle and forget about laundry service. Requests were not always met with a nice answer, they painted a room next to ours taking no precautions, getting the smell far into ours. Lunch was excruciatingly expensive for the area, forget about it. Included breakfast and dinner were OK. Location was very nice, although the surroundings are a bit dead..

Had a few issues with ants and the tap water smelling like sewerage but were promptly moved and all issues sorted out very kindly by a lovely member of reception. Had a lovely stay, the bar, waiters and entertainment staff were absolutely amazing and very welcoming. Had such a lovely week, the staff mentioned above are a credit to the hotel. Now for the part that took all of that away…as we were waiting for our coach at the end of our stay we were approached by an incredibly rude woman and accused of stealing a towel and a glass? from our room, this was done using one of the gentleman that sold trips to translate for her, incredibly rude and was done infront of a group of people we had met! I have never been so embarrassed, I would never return to this hotel whilst that woman is in the hotel, completely ruined what had been a positive and lovely week away. Very unprofessional and certainly not expected, I have never nor would I ever steal, so to the lady which I unfortunately didn’t catch her name you need teaching manners and learning customer service because your skills are atrocious and you shouldn’t be in that industry with an attitude like yours.

Just returned from our first trip to Tunisia ... We loved it Hotel paradis palace in hammamet Staff very welcoming and friendly the hotel is very clean and kept this way by a team of people from housekeeping to gardeners to pool attendants Rooms Rooms are clean and comfortable Pools Plenty of beds the pool guy will always be around to help with mats Waiter service around the pool and of an evening ....zied will never let your drink run low very attentive Beach The beach is kept clean and looked after by a team down there happy to help with beds and mats We did the parachute glide for 90 dinar for 2 amazing they also have other water activities There is a beach bar you can pay for cocktails and also an a la carte menu we went down there of an evening after 11 be warned it can be a messy night 😅 Restaurant Food is really good bbq of a lunch time and grill is on of an evening always something to find to eat for the fussy eaters Waiter service excellent Muhammed looked after us each time Animation team Some great shows by the team scooby was amazing doing the Michael Jackson show and the lion King also but Dido and bobo made it for us with us having no kids they still both made an effort to interact with us great team be good if offered an evening programme of shows for the couples with no children of a night maybe quiz nights karaoke down in the beach bar for those not wanting to go do party dances etc but these guys don't stop !! Out and about Yasmin there is a English pub called rovers return under the mauradi Hotel run by Dawn who will be happy to send a taxi for you if u contact her via Facebook it will also bring you back she does English meals and full English breakfast there is also a place called steak and cheese worth a visit Book the quads with aziz was really good enjoyed it and good price too Overall we had a really good time and met some great people and we will defiantly be returning Thank you for having us and making us feel welcome

Professionalism, friendliness, helpfulness of the staff. Elegant and modern environment. Very clean and well cared for. Very large structure with many activities. Beach a few meters. Lots of entertainment, clubs and shops for shopping in the area. Generous breakfast and with a very wide choice of food. Perfect hotel!
