good service, the rooms do not have a shower for people who have trouble getting into a very difficult bath, for a 5 star no kettle in the rooms too bad for the restoration a bit tight forever a 5 star. very friendly and attentive staff. the towels are a bit old and frayed and it's hard to change them. But I would gladly go back.

The customer service is excellent. Amine was great. The food was okay not fantastic. Lunch a la carte was the same everyday. Animation team Lorenzo was awesome. Very energetic aqua gym. The pillows were very hard. Requested a change and they were still the same. Overall the hotel is okay very dated. The location is excellent.

The hotel environment is first-class and the sea view room price is very favorable. It is recommended to stay. The only unpleasant thing is that when checking in, the receptionist insists that you send him a confirmation email for the reservation. This is very strange. No hotel has such a requirement, and giving him a screenshot of the reservation is not enough.

Excellent hotel

This hotel is gorgeous and the suites are beautiful. It was so easy to relax and unwind in the quiet and elegant surroundings. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was lavish and dinner options were great. Spa treatments are not to be missed, the spa staff is very professional, and the prices are reasonable. The outdoor pool, the salt water indoor/outdoor pool and the beach were very pleasurable. I spent 7 days by myself and I wasn't bored for an instant during my stay. There is no animation in this hotel, it is a paradise to relax and rejuvenate.

This hotel is very beautiful. I enjoyed the vacation I spent in this hotel, especially with the activation team. Special thanks to jiji , who has the beautiful smile. Arrival: Prior to arrival we filled in the check in form on the magic life app, which meant our check in was extremely smooth. We arrived late evening around 9pm, we went straight for food and then we were taken to our room with our suitcases brought by a member of staff. Easy & quick. Room: We had a standard family room which included a double, single and a cot. The room was spacious and very basic. We were on the ground floor we had quite a few ants in the room but being on the ground floor with a terrace we expected this. Room came with a stocked mini fridge. Our bathroom had a hairdryer and wash/shampoo and very large mirrors. Pools: We visited off peak in October so there was plenty of sun-beds to go around and you could always get a space by the pool. All pools were large and were cleaned regularly. There was one day where the main activity pool was “out of order” due to the chemical balance. Pools were cold but still warm enough to swim in and given the hot days it was nice to cool off. The grass areas around the pool needed to be cleaned more regular as there was a lot of rubbish and cigarette buts lying around. Food: Basic and nothing special in the main buffet restaurant. Lunch time food was far better than any of the evening buffets. If you tip the staff they will keep your table for you every night with drinks and anything else you needed e.g high chair. The staff were outstanding, polite and brilliant with the kids. Breakfast was pretty poor however the bread rolls were fresh most mornings and the pancakes were a massive hit with us! Speciality restaurants were ok, we stayed 2 weeks and only managed to get into each restaurant once due to them being booked up so fast. Entertainment: Kids club run twice daily our little one didn’t want to go due purely the amount of people that spoke little to no English. There wasn’t a lot going on during the day that included everyone. Most of the games around the pool were for ages 12+. However they always done a pool side activity around 11:30/12 which then run into their lunch time song for everyone to get involved with a singsong and dance. Kids disco started late most nights around 8/9pm depending on the day, but the staff got everyone involved for this and it was enjoyable for everyone involved. They had a pianist every night at the waunder bar he was brilliant and we listened most nights. The entertainment staff would put on a show every couple of nights which was good to watch. Magic Life: With magic life being all about activities and water sports, there was a lot of these going on. However no fault of the hotel due to the weather and the waves at the sea during our stay the water sports were none existent. We did manage to get on the banana boat once. Not included in the hotel on the beach they offer jet ski & parasailing which we did at a cost. Negative Experience: 1.
