Large hotel well located on the coast of Hammamet, the children took advantage of the heated swimming pool, great entertainment in the evening around the swimming pool and also inside, the food was good, however the staff were not very smiling, not very welcoming and not available, the rooms and bedding that makes you want to sleep, tv from the old millennium and the bathroom that has no have the category of a 4 * and they need to be renovated.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. When I arrived, I was advised my room wouldn't be ready. They invited me to have some lunch, come back and it would be sorted. When I went back, it was the same story. Told come back an hour later, same story. It was around 3hrs after I arrived that I was able to get into my room. The room itself was absolutely shocking. The decor was like something from the 80s, there was a burn in the carpet where someone had left an iron on it, the bathroom was disgusting and hadnt been cleaned properly, when I took a shower, the bath filled with water due to issues with drainage. All in all, the room left a lot to be desired. The food was also disappointing. After the 3rd day, I stopped eating at the restaurant as it had given me an upset stomach. The bar was basic. Drinks were served in paper cups and served one at a time. I would have had my drink finished by the time I went back to the pool and would need to go back. It felt as if the staff thought the were doing you a favour by doing their jobs and did not make me feel welcome. The staff gave no information about any of the services provided and I felt like I was left to myself to figure the hotel out. I would not go back to this hotel and would implore anyone who is considering it to reconsider.

The hotel environment is first-class and the sea view room price is very favorable. It is recommended to stay. The only unpleasant thing is that when checking in, the receptionist insists that you send him a confirmation email for the reservation. This is very strange. No hotel has such a requirement, and giving him a screenshot of the reservation is not enough.

Disappointing for this price and for a 4 stars hotel. Room was barely acceptable, clearly not cleaned below the beds, no glasses, no towels, soap and shampoo containers almost if not empty upon arrival and were not filled at all during our stay. Towels were a nightmare to get: sometimes just enough, sometimes missing one, sometimes missing two. Getting an iron was a battle and forget about laundry service. Requests were not always met with a nice answer, they painted a room next to ours taking no precautions, getting the smell far into ours. Lunch was excruciatingly expensive for the area, forget about it. Included breakfast and dinner were OK. Location was very nice, although the surroundings are a bit dead..

The customer service is excellent. Amine was great. The food was okay not fantastic. Lunch a la carte was the same everyday. Animation team Lorenzo was awesome. Very energetic aqua gym. The pillows were very hard. Requested a change and they were still the same. Overall the hotel is okay very dated. The location is excellent.

Bungalow 618 at The Mirage Resort & Spa, October 2024 As a heads up, my partner and I are in our 60's & booked our week long A/I holiday via TUI. ARRIVAL We arrived on the evening of 13/10 & our first impressions from the front of the hotel was very good. A member of staff took our cases from the coach & led us to reception. Reception ladies gave us a really nice welcome & were very professional. We received a piece of paper with details of where we could eat/drink & the opening times. The staff member who met us from the coach showed us to our bungalow which was a short walk past the pools. THE BUNGALOW This is semi-detached & enter you enter into a decent size lounge with a large sofa, a comfortable chair, pouffe/come coffee table,tiled floors, a TV with two English film channels, an empty fridge inside a unit with a drawer, above is a kettle, mint tea bags, coffee, sugar & two small cups. Large sliding door to terrace with a two chairs, a clothes dryer & outside light. Off one side of the lounge is a toilet which is separate from the bathroom which is next door. This has a single basin with enough space for toiletries either side, a large mirror above & two plug points. There is a spacious walk in shower with a small obscured glass window. The bedroom is next door to the bathroom, there is a from super.king sized bed with side tables, another large wardrobe a small table which has a lift up lid with mirror where you can store your make up & get ready there as it has a comfortable chair too. Sliding glass door to terrace. No tv. Cleaned well daily and bedding changed once/twice by our amazing lady. Tea bags etc replenished daily also. AROUND THE HOTEL Really lovely, clean infinity pools area. All with different vibes. Children's pool good, middle pool for activities and another with a more chilled out and relaxed feel, all with plenty of comfortable sunloungers. Cabanas also available in the latter. Lovely gardens kept really well by the unbelievably hard-working staff which were mostly ladies. A bar is close by for drinks/snacks. Waiter or self service for whichever you prefer. Drinks are good. RESTAURANT Felt very much like a breakfast room with quite basic tables/chairs but also a pleasant outdoor terrace with comfort chairs and a nicer feel. Food was okay but not brilliant. Same vegetable soup available for three days, not great as one of us is a vegetarian. Pasta station including pizzas at lunch/dinner and various meats/stews &veg. Salad bar just okay. Waiter service for drinks. These guys work really hard and the majority really pleasant and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. They all have their own group of tables to look after. Breakfast had poor choice of cereal as it was very childlike selection. Fruit selection was the poorest I've ever seen with only apples, plums and oranges which were mostly dried up. Missed good fruit selection to have with yogurt at breakfast and with dessert at dinner. Crepes were good at breakfast an

Sincerely, the charges are high. My friend booked the wrong room for one day. We stayed together for one night and charged 150 local currency. Equivalent to 600 RMB

Discussing hotel .j don't mind old fashioned but everything was broken shower ,no handles on wardrobes . 1 draw j opened and it was just the frame no base . The patio doors 5 rooms I was shown would not lock to which I was told my belongings would be safe ! Really would you ????food very very small variety very poor quality .salad looked like it was days old . Loft broke down twice in less than 48hours .it took 3 hours each time to fix . No WiFi in any of the rooms only in reception .beaches full of rubbish . A camel opposite on its own tied up by the feet all evening and day apart from when used on the beach .it looked very unwell and underfed and was alone . The reception and pool itself were presentable. The hall way carpets were dirty and in places ripped . I beg you not to be deceived by these pictures .I've slept on sleeper trains in india that were better than this .also the majority of the people looked quite rough I hate to be judgemental but even the locals said the hotel was rubbish . Also beware love hollodays is going into liquidation j think. Some people have paid for hollodays then got to their hotels only to find out they were homeless as love hollodays had not paid the hotel !!!!disgusting!!!!!I wasn't there even 48 hours and flew home .if one thing had of been okay but everything was so poor all aspects .
