The breakfast lady was so rude. Would get mad cause people would ask to refill at like 7 there was no food. She needs to be talked to or be replaced period.

I want to give very high marks (5 out of 5) to two of the employees at this property who were extremely helpful and extended to me great customer service. Their attitudes made my stay delightful and I will return. Also, I was impressed with the overall cleanliness of the property; as Hilton Diamond member I've stayed in a lot of Hamptons acress the country and this was one of my best stays. The employees are: Janiyah--the front desk clerk when I checked in; and Ida--the front desk clerk when I checked out. Alicia Little is the GM.

Really comfortable bed

The hotel overall was not to good! No ice at the ice station, wifi didn’t work after I asked each day. I will not go back there.

Property is well maintained and close to everything I needed. Comfortable beds.

The rooms weren’t very clean, the sheet was coming off the mattress like it didn’t fit the mattress properly, there was only half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom from the previous person that stayed in the room and there was literally only two full sized bath towels in the room. I booked the room for 2 days, usually they are supposed to go in the room and clean the bathroom leave clean towel and toilet paper and stuff like that after the first day and no one ever did I had to go ask for a roll of toilet paper because like I said there was only half a roll of toilet paper in the room. Both the trash cans in the room were filthy no trash bags or anything.Over all the room and hotel looked nothing like the pictures and they look like they barely clean anything

Everything was mostly great except the bathroom door couldnt close securely. Otherwise it was a great stay.

I have been staying at this hotel for years but I’ve seen the decline in service and hotel amenities. Furnishings are old and there was no phone nor trash can in our suite. Previously they had happy hour and offered wine / beers / cookies / light snacks. Now, cookies are a hit and miss!! Also cleaning is hit and miss!!
