The customer service is poor and the food needs to be called from mobile and ordered and the problem is no signal. There is so much of network problem and internet issue which the management need to work on. Kettle is not working for hot water. Ok

The property charged us for an ac room but the ac was not working, the service was average and the food options were not available. It’s an overpriced property with no amenities that are promised.

The stay at resort was really nice, as it was having lot of greenery with many trees of fruits too. Staffs were very friendly, and resort was having nice canteen, indoor games room, kids play area, which we enjoyed thoroughly with family members.

Worst stay ever. The fan was not working. After complaining multiple times also they didn't resolve the issue. Food quality is very bad. They don't know how to run a hospitality business.
